Workin' Out In The Water
I've spent up to a couple of hours each day in the pool this hot summer doing a resistance routine for about 30 minjutes at a time and jogging thereafter for 10-30 minutes each session. I am seeing greatly improved stamina, weight loss and asthma/breathing relief. Anybody out there also aquacising? What is your routine? What equipment do you use? Any good links to info I could use would be appreciated. I'm using thin fabric webbed gloves to increase resisitence, and I really like the effect, but boy do my hands get cold after about 30 minutes, no matter what the water temp is. No, they're not too tight, just a weird reaction I seem to get.
