Smile Confusion and Great News!

I am a little confused. I had to go back to the Dr. this AM to do my weigh in, and the scale said I have dropped like 11 pounds. The Dr. said it could have been that I was retaining water, but that is like ridiculous, so I have to go back tomorrow for another weigh in.

BTW, I was a good girl at my birthday dinner last night.

Chicken faijtas extra veggies, no beans no tortillas, no cheese, and rice.

I weighed in on Monday, and it said 229, and today (2 days later) I was 218

I am thinking the scale was just not working properly

Sometimes scales are different... I know that when I go to the doctor I'm going to weigh less than what my scale at home says.

Maybe it was actually off the first time (the 229)? Some of it could be water--I lost 5 pounds of water weight between yesterday and today (weighed both times on the same scale, first thing in the AM before breakfast or shower, no clothes)...it said 277 yesterday morning and 272 today, and maybe I'll be even a little lower by tomorrow if there's any water left in me to squeeze out!

Whether or not it turns out to be the right number, think how good 218 feels. Even if you are up a bit the next weigh in, you know the feeling you will have when it drops to 218. I am sending all sorts of good vibes your way that it stays at 218
