I have one of those body fat percentage scales. When I first bought it, I couldn't believe that I was that much fat, but lately it has been measuring SO high that I just stopped even believing it. It was telling me things like 68 percent!
Well when I figured that out it meant that my lean body mass was 80 pounds or less and that just didn't seem possible. Plus every other way I have of measuring it was way lower.
Well now I feel dumb. I looked at the scale today and somehow over the years it got set wrong. It was set to measure a woman who was 5foot 2 inches and I'm 5 foot 6 inches.
It is still measuring higher than I would like, but WOW WaY better!
Duh! And I'm not even blonde! (no excuses here)
