hello! I am so glad I found you. I am about 110 lbs over my "ideal" body weight and just starting a dieting/exercise program. I am also on Lexapro for depression. I think my weight gain has increase my depression which I help medicate with food...well, you all know the cycle. Looking forward to getting to know you all and hopefully I can be a support to someone too.
