Just spotted this now. Sorry but it's not OP. Corn has a fairly high GI.
Let me know if you spot where it was supposed to be OK. Maybe in Weight Watchers CORE? Corn is OK there.

No - I believe a guy at work told me that a while ago and it has been sitting in the back of my brain for a few months. I didn't think it would work - but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing out on anything :)
