My goal isn't in minutes this month.. but in steps. They say that you should do 10 000 to be healthy each day and 12-13 0000 to lose weight. I think I will aim for 7500 on average per day to start off with. I just want in increased my everyday fitness

Goal: 232 500 steps
so far: 49 569 steps

3 - 7164 steps (3819 aerobic in 38 minutes)
4 - 6364 steps
5 - 2564 :(
6 - 10 601 :) (6813 aerobic in 59 minutes)
7 - 7274 steps
8 - 7552 steps (1017 aerobic in 10 minutes)
