....how was your February weightloss?

Mine was 0 as I messed around with the same three pounds.

Post your loss or "other" results and I'll update the February Sticky. You can wait until tomorrow, of course! I plan to drop five pounds overnight. :rofl:

I got back down to my 174--with a 7 lb loss for February :dance:
I'm taking it now instead of tomorrow! Going to Columbia restaurant for lunch and menu includes salad and fish--but no yellow rice or flan for me--so wish me luck :crossed:

I just restarted so I have the initial big drop, 14 pounds down and 5 more days until phase2....I can't wait for a slice of whole wheat pizza!!!

Oh, horrible!!!! :tantrum:

It's TOM, which doesn't help, but neither does the three servings of starches I ate yesterday. :mad: Oy! I'm actually up a pound, though I believe that's not an accurate weight. I only got four hours of sleep and between that and TOM, I figure it's a little elevated. :shrug:

Next month will be SO much better. I'm giving up extra starches for Lent...if the fear of God doesn't help me, what will? :lol:

I posted such a down message yesterday but today weighed in at 154, so I lost 4 of the 8 pounds I wanted to lose... Even though I flubbed my diet quite a few times, I think it's the exercise that did it for me (cause I made my exercise goal)

6 lbs!! From a whopping 215 (still carrying some of the 13 lbs I put on over the holidays) to 209.

I just updated my numbers. It seems that I have gotten rid of some water weight today. So I'll say I only lost two pounds this month. This water retention is really getting me even though I try to watch my sodium. I need to drink more water and exercise more. Corrected my ticker again today.

Started by SBD way of life on Feb 6 2006, lost 10 lbs the first week ,, and 2 the second and 3 the third,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Put me down for 15 lbs this month,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ahhhhhhhhhh the fast weight was good to see it come off,, Now I will be slowing down,,,,

well I'm still working with hitting enough calories so it looks about 3lbs. I've been hovering at 127/127.5; I cannot wait to finally see 126...

I am down 3 pounds. Definitely not the 8 I was going for - but I guess I should be happy it is something.

I came back to the beach on 2/13 and have lost 7 lbs., this month. I'm going to stay on Phase 1, at least another week, as I indulged (cheated):nono: with a little too much wine and appetizers at a party :woo: last week-end.

I just need a little more :dust:

BoomerChick: Seven pounds is great. Don't give up. You can do it. Remember, nothing tastes as good as being thin feels.

Definently shooting for like 8- 10 this month. I am going to restart Phase 1 and see if that shakes things up a bit!

I live in Tampa and saw your post on the Columbia restaurant. Is it the Tampa one you are talking about? If you stuck to sbd there, you are my HERO:D

I've been on the Beach since 2/7 and doing pretty well with not cheating. But the exercising--well, let's just say that joining the YMCA somehow does not burn any calories unless you actually ATTEND. My teenaged daughter said she'd like to do yoga with me there, so I'll start that. And the treadmill :p

Hey y'all - I did not meet my goal - it was for 10 pounds - and I lost 8. That's ok - I'm good with that - lol.

Im a Tampa girl here!! Where do you guys live in Tampa? Im right near USF, lived here for about 4 years now.

I think I have lost about 10 pounds this month. I would like to be down to 180 or 1/2 way to my goal by March 13.

Where do you guys count your "excercise points." I would like to do that.

I have no loss to report...but sometimes not having a gain is positive too. No one to blame but little old me...despite the name...I really didn't focus my energy toward really working the program in Feb. March presents an opportunity to do what I know works for me!

10 pounds!!! I'm excited but it was my First Month and I don't seem to be losing any more.
Time to re-evaluate what I'm eating! Also, I must make myself exercise!

I just weighed myself this morning, and it says 220 pounds! So that means 10 pounds lost, and I made my target! Verrry happy about this. I'm just worried that my weight seems to raise or drop by a few pounds whenever I get on the sacle... i know it's water weight, but still, it's frustrating!

Well all my hard work (exercise) this last week paid off. I was hoping to get from the 8 to 10 pound loss and the scale gods were happy with my exercise offering and made it an even 11 pounds loss for the month.

4 pound loss. I was going strong and then a family emergency occured a week and a half ago and I was derailed on weight loss and exercise. I am now trying to get my motivation back.
