Thanks for making the menu thread, Melissa. I wasn't complaining about making it. I was just thinking that the fact that no one had missed it was a bad sign!

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with banana, skim, and splenda

Lunch: 10 spoonfuls of Progresso chicken and barley soup. It was nasty. 1/3 cup couscous cooked in chicken broth. Not what I wanted either.

Snack: 1/2 cup FF cottage cheese and a Del Monte Fruit Natural pineapple cup drained of juice

Dinner: Chicken Chili and Core Cornmeal cakes in healthy oil

Snack: Crustless pumpkin pie and FF cool whip

Oh I didn't think you were complaining Vickie! I just made it because I knew what I was eating and wanted to write it down and stick to it.

Elana, check out our recipe board. There are some fabulous smoothies that are a milk and a fruit. Also we have a snack thread. I eat crustless pumpkin pie for snacks because it's a milk and a veggie! That recipe is in desserts.
