South Beach Diet - I'm a little confused

Hi, can someone tell me why they close certain threads? The thread that I started for 100 pounds or more to lose has been closed and I'm not sure why.

I closed it. It seemed to me that your question had been answered. Did you have another one?

No, it wasn't really a question as much as it was someplace for people that have 100 pounds or more to lose to go chat with others with the same huge obstacle.

I've just never been to a support board where threads get closed so frequently.

Well this is a busy board and a particularly busy Forum. We close threads so we don't have quite so much to moderate. We also do it so old threads won't get dug up by newbies when the info is no longer applicable.
