Hey chicks! I fell asleep at 10 last night so I woke up at 5:20 this morning and never got back to sleep. I stayed in bed and cuddled with my dog and cat for about an hour then finally got up, made coffee, and am now doing the morning routine cuddling with the rattie boys. I have to double up now to make sure they all get personal time with me for 1/2 hour or so in the mornings. Too many rats...so little time :D .
Yesterday was spent grading, working on a class project, cleaning, and doing some unnecessary grocery shopping. And somehow I managed to find time to spray paint an extension for the boys cage. I went to WildOats and got some buckwheat soba noodles and ww panko bread crumbs. I also found this sprouted grain pasta by Ezekial brand, the same ones who do the sprouted bread in the refrigereated section. It was on sale so I got some. I think I may try it for dinner tonight.
I'm up two lbs to 212! With four days to go until Soon and I settle our little bet. What a time to be up. I think it's waterweight since my fingers are swollen like sausages and I'm PMSing. Hopefull I can get if off before Wednesday. I'd like to at least be able to say I'm down 5 lbs for the month.
So chicks, what's up with you gals this weekend?
02-25-2006, 07:13 AM
Pearsy......are we the only ones up? That's a change! I'm getting my wallet ready.....I already PM you all the crap I ate yesterday (ladies it wasn't pretty - I'll spare you the pain!) Pearsy.....one question - Why did we agree to bet who will lose the most weight at a time when BOTH of us are PMSing?
I have to go to work today (UGH!) 8-5 - can't wait until 5!!
USMC - you & Keely are still in my thoughts & prayers!!
I'm off to the land of retail - see ya later!
02-25-2006, 07:47 AM
Mornin' all. Soon, hope you have a good day at work.
I had a night like Pearsy. Woke up early, early and could not go back to sleep. So, I did my usual Saturday AM Wal-Mart run for groceries etc. and am now back home at least for a while. I actually found jicama at the store this morning. I was looking for it last week and the stuff that they had out was so shriveled and moldy, I wasn't about to touch it. Now that I found some, I can try out that recipe for Jicama and Black Bean salad!
Off to Curves later this morning. Working out this morning will put me over my goal of working out 4 times this week! :carrot: I didn't work out there yesterday morning, but did go in to get weighed and measured. I haven't had that done in a couple of years, so I wanted to get a new start point to use as a benchmark.
The only other plans that I have for the weekend is that the guy that's going to paint my house this spring is coming by today to take a look at it and give me an estimate. Hopefully it won't be too much - but, good-bye income tax return.
Since I got up so early this morning I think after the painter guys leaves, it will be nap time! Time to go get more coffee. Everyone have a great weekend!!!
02-25-2006, 08:13 AM
Good morning! I love my new morning routine and can give Hershey credit for it! She has been sleeping with me since Luicy went away and I'm sleeping right through the night until a more decent hour. It's sometimes getting light when I wake up.
Soon and Pearshape, good luck on your competition. I'm up a bit too but can't blame Uncle Tom or Aunt Flo for it! It may have something to do with a couple of chips I snitched from a friend's bag when at Bingo yesterday.
Jana, how civilized to have a grocery store open when you want to shop! Around here, 8 AM is the very earliest. I love jicama and will add it to my list for my next "in town" shop.
I plan to do NO driving today after such a Ruthie Roadrunner week! Right now the snow has started and we are expecting 10 to 15 cms (4" to 6") so it's a good day to snuggle beside the woodstove with a cuddly dog and a good book. I am going out to dinner tonight but it's just up the hill to my neighbour Liz's house. The hardest part will be getting up that icy hill but coming down will be easy!
Just so I don't feel like a complete sloth, I'm going to do some cooking this morning: crock pot chili with TVP, hummus and something with the eggplant that has been waiting patiently for me! A treadmill session followed by a soak in the tub are also on the schedule. I had planned to vacuum but Candice showed up yesterday and did her thing while I was at Bingo!
Time to get cracking! Have a wonderful weekend. :grouphug:
02-25-2006, 08:44 AM
well I crashed at 8:30 last night on the couch so I woke to some odd kinks but man do i feel rested. Normally I hit my boocamp class this morning but I'm taking it off so that I can give my body a little break and I can feel dtrong again not just barely getting by.
so what is jicama and how do you pronounce it?
Pear, I think it's cool that you and Soon have this running bet going, and at least if you're both PMSing then it's fair right? can't wait to see who wins...
usmchoney-we're here for you. I really hope that the repeat tests give you some well needed answers. Everything is easier to handle with answers.
off to the kid's expo...this ought to make for an interesting exhausting adventure...

I am hoping to do some extra cooking and baking today. I wanted to take the kids lsedding today but right now you can't even see a hand in front of you.
I had to skip my wkout this am because kids and husband woke up first. But it felt good to sleep in. I have my meals planned for the wkend and have another grocery list ready for tomorrow.
Ruth- we must not be too far from each other, it is snowing so hard here looks like it is pouring snow. Thanks for the pm, I really appreciate all the love and support.
pearsy- thanks for the recipe and planning idea, yesterday. I am already doing that. Thanks for the help!
Soon- sorry you have to work- hope it goes fast for you.
Jana- hope youhave a great wkend and great job on the working out.:carrot:
I have a question? Is it possible that I am loosing weight even if the scale moves very slowly downward? My clothes are fitting losser and I think I look smaller but not many people noticing so not sure if I really look smaller and the scale hasn't moved in 2 weeks. SO wht do you all think?
Thanks everyone for all you support.
02-25-2006, 08:53 AM
Good morning, Chickies~~ :coffee:
Well, I'm DOWN half a pound. Not much but better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
I think the probiotics are doing their job. I ate sauted spinach for dinner last night and didn't have any ill effects! Yay!!
Ruth, I've been MIA so much lately (getting that book done) Is Lucy off on another rondezvous with a boyfriend? Will there be spring puppies???
Soon and Pear, you know competition is a great motivator! I love how you two have gone on with this thing!
Mamahulk, are you measuring yourself, or just going by what the scale says? You can lose inches and gain muscle in place of the fat, so you wouldn't show that much of a weight loss.
Batmom, jicama (pronounced Hee cuh muh) is a Latin American root veggie. Very good with a squeeze of lime and some chili powder sprinkled on it. :)
Crock and Jana-- HAGD

Good morning. I managed to stay OP yesterday and I'm feeling very optimistic about today. We just got our tax money back, so we're going to go shopping today to spend a little before the send the rest to our IRAs. I also have some grocery shopping to do. If it's nice, we'll go for a bike ride and take the kids to the playground. I wish that someone lived near me; I could really use an exercise buddy.
I want to thank everybody for being so supportive. I REALLY appreciate all of your well wishes and positive thoughts. You have no idea how much it helped me get through the past couple of days. Have a great day everyone!
02-25-2006, 09:26 AM
Just a quick post as the baby is crawlling around my feet fussing to be fed!
US Thinking of you and your baby girl.
Not much to report- the last couple of days have not been perfect, that is for sure. I am looking forward to this weekend and regrouping. My week always starts out well and then falls apart by the weekend!
I am taking my 4 year old to see Curious George today. My mom is going to watch the baby, so we will have a little date. Should be fun! It is cold and rainy here, so a perfect day to see a movie.

Good morning laides. I was finally able to do something great today - update my weight calculator! :carrot: Yesterday was my last day of Phase 1 so I got on the scale and I'm down 7 lbs. Did I mention I LOVE SB?!?!?!?!
Its been difficult because I have zero support from HB. Last night he asked me if I've ever heard of cry wolf. :( :stress: I've failed so many times in the past that he has no faith. Little does he know that SB has been a major eye opening experience. We have lots of marriage problems - which he blames on my weight. I wont bore you guys with those details here - but I need this diet for myself so that I can give myself the love he doesnt! :goodvibes
One quick question, have any of you ladies ever stayed on Phase 1 longer than 2 weeks? :?: It's been easy and very tasty - and I'm not really interested in fruit. I was considering staying there for just one more week. What do you think?
Finally - THANKS! You ladies have been the support I needed. I don't think I could have done it without you!
I hope everyone has a great weekend.
02-25-2006, 01:08 PM
Hi girls! I am definitely on the mend! I started to feel better after I napped yesterday and I feel pretty good today! Still sound like crap, but I feel good.
Going to Applebee's with DH and his mom to celebrate his birthday (again.) I didn't go out to eat Thursday with them, but she's already taken him to a birthday lunch once, so I don't know why she's doing it again. He's just Mr. Break The Diet lately. I, however, am going to eat off the Weight Watcher's Menu at Applebee's. Onion Soup Au Gratin, garden salad, steamed vegetables. Mmmm. Tasty. Not the most filling lunch, but that's alright.
I measured myself today. Since Jan 1 when I started this, I've lost 14 lbs. I've lost 4 full inches off my bust, 2.5 inches off my waist, and 2.5 inches off my hips. That's progress! I have 1 lb to lose to make my March 25 goal of 129, and I have 5 lbs to lose to make my May 15 goal of 125 (that's my birthday.)
It's going to be a rough road, though. March 17 is Molly and my holiday (Kiss Me, I'm Irish.) It's the day of Irish food and drink, and neither of which are very healthy. Then I have March 18, the Bridesmaid Luncheon and Bachelorette Party. Then March 24 is the rehearsal dinner, and March 25 is the wedding. March will be a rough month, but fortunately I only have 1 lb to lose by March 25.
Well, time to finish getting ready so we can go eat. Talk to you girls soon!
02-25-2006, 01:16 PM
Hi everyone! Just wanted to drop in real quick to say hello. My kids are off to my in-laws, dh and I are actually having all day and tonight to ourselves, woo hoo!
Doubt I'll be online much until Monday. Dh and I plan on making the most of our kid free time;) .
02-25-2006, 01:18 PM
Yay: Wezzie is better! and outta bed.....and 3dMomma is gonna be bedridden for the weekend..
02-25-2006, 02:54 PM
Hi, Glad you are better Lisa. That was a nasty virus.
Has anyone made the Roasted Veggies from the SBD book? Not the cookbook but the diet book. I made them last night and THEY ARE AWESOME. I couldn't stop! I even used less oil than it called for and I didn't have a red pepper. I did use the yellow one and everything else and it was so delicious!!
I have a QUESTION!! I hope someone can help me. My husband and I are going on a date tonight. We haven't been out together without kids since early December. I know that I"ll end up eating something not on Plan however, which would be the worst choice??
1. Outback Steakhouse: They have the world's BEST baked potato in my opinion!! It would be a hard battle not to get it. I would be eating meat and veggies with it. (also awesome salad dressing!)
2. Don Pablos: My favorite mexican place where I would eat CHIPS and salsa and a couple of flour tortillas with my Fajitas. (I don't like sour cream)
OK - Please help... which could I get away with the most?
02-25-2006, 02:56 PM
Just checking in to see how everyone is doing. I had a busy week--and a few little slips :rollpin: friends from out of town visiting, dinner out with the gang, and our monthly wine tasting party--back on sb plan Friday and today. Hopefully I didn't do too much damage--cause March 1st is Wed. and want to make my Feb goal.
Noticed some discussion regarding measurements. Guess on Wed it's about time I do some measuring also. Been on the scale and my imagination says "BBIIGG" on those measurements:?: But, it's better to have the bad news down on paper so next month I will hopefully see some decrease.
Have a great weekend all.
02-25-2006, 05:04 PM
Good Afternoon All,
Sounds like everyone is having a busy weekend. I went out with friends last night to sing Karaoke at a bar out in the middle of nowheresville. It was a good time. Stayed overnight and drove home this morning throught the snow. Had to take a nap and then off to the baby shower for my friend that is having twins, one boy and one girl. Going out to eat and to a movie tonight. Busy Busy Busy..going to need a weekend to relax after this weekend. Dinner at my mothers tomorrow with the family. I need to stop scheduling myself like this or I'll end up sick like Weezle.
Be checking in agian tomorrow, hope everyone enjoys the rest of the weekend.
Pink - I'm sure the damage will be minimal
Deb - enjoy your date and there are ways to work off any extra calories you eat :o
3Dmomma - hope you enjoy your fee time - we all need a little time to ourselves
Weezle - I'm glad your feeling better and I'm envious of your dedication and your progress with your weight lose!!! Congrats
CKB - I think you are the only one who can judge what is best as far as remaining on PH1 or not...if it's woring for you I say do what works.
Schatzi - could you stop over and cook me that supper as well??? It sounds awesome - I am going to Ruby Tuesday's Tonight
Kiko - let us know how Curious George is because I was thinking about taking my son to see it
usmchoney - a bike ride sounds like heaven to me. Last night the sky opened up and it has snowed several inches since then. Still snowing now.
Mamacita - glad your starting to feel better
Mamahulk - don't forget that even though people sometimes notice that you look thinner they don't always mention it because some do not feel it's the proper thing to say or they are not sure how you will feel about it being pointed out. Besides, I've noticed!!!!
Ms Crockett - that movie making idea is great, I need to keep it in mind
Batmanmom - I am also taking a rest today from the workout schedule to allow my body to have a healing day
Ruth - enjoy your dinner out as well
Jana - painting your house is a good way to invest that income tax money
02-25-2006, 05:33 PM
Well, we now have 10 inches of snow! The road is finally ploughed leaving a five foot high bank at the end of my lane BUT my Plough Guy just came and cleared us out. That means I will probably be able to get the car out tomorrow morning.
I need to primp a bit - in Delta that means putting on clean jeans and a clean T-shirt - amd then will do my Nanook of the North act and go up the hill to Liz's house. I tried to persuade Hersh she was a sled dog but no go so I'll just plough through the snow wearing my Yak-Traks and lugging a bottle of wine and a cheesecake. If I'm not back by tomorrow, please send out the rescue crews.
02-25-2006, 05:34 PM
Schatz - I'm going to keep the house the same color it is now - grayish blue with white trim. Paying for this little venture will definitely be incentive to save some money and tackle that little habit of eating out too much! :faint:
Weezle - So glad to hear you're finally feeling better!!!!!:dancer:
Debbie - Have fun on your date tonight. Those are tough choices, but personally, I'd take the steak. :)
Okay, off to start on dinner. I'm trying the Mixed-Up Casserole tonight that I found posted in the recipes. Sounds yummmmm.
02-25-2006, 05:37 PM
Ruth, we posted at the same time. Definitely sounds like "the weather outside is frightful". Careful going to dinner sweetie, but have a great time!
02-25-2006, 06:52 PM
It is getting colder here in Indy but no snow.
Ruth: What my kids wouldn't give for that snow!!!
Jana: Mixed up cassorole sounds good. let us know how it turns out.
We decided on Mexican and I have been OP for a week straight so this shouldn't be too bad!!
02-25-2006, 08:04 PM
Hey ya'll - I have NOT been doing well and am bummed at my BF because we were supposed to go grab something to eat before this concert we are going to, but he already ate.. I'm probably just wanting to eat my feelings... Went and saw Brokeback mountain with my mom for her birthday and we went to a bakery where I ate more sweets than I have in 6 weeks... and i had a chocolate bar last night... I think I'm craving sweets... my TOM cycle is way off and I'm just feeling emotional, it sucks! So tomorrow I'm going to make my meal plan for the week while I'm at the Open House I'm doing and I'm going VOW to make March more like January and less like February diet wise.
02-25-2006, 08:42 PM
Well , I am back from the party, The Movie I made was a big hit, I kept the pictures of all that has passed away till the end and I played the song Photograph, It was a very emotional ending, Now I seem to have orders to do more, shewwww, took a week to do this one about 100 pics on it, from the early 20 with papaw and granny then my aunt was born to her kids growing up and now there grandchildren and great grandchildren,, It was pretty neet.. (patting myself on the back) I stayed all OP I ate before I went, that way I didnt have the excuse I was hungry,, I dont even know what all was there, I craved nothing,,,, BOY,, I hope I stay this way,,,, Take Care All,, ,,
02-25-2006, 09:19 PM
I read an articile today that said you can loose 100lb.s by being spiritual. I am going to try taht next. IT said whatever you pray to, pray as much as you can all day to help keep food out of your mouth. I tried it tonight and it worked. Now I have to keep that up. I realize I soemtimes eat just to eat or because I want to feel like I can eat whatever I can and not suffer consequences. I know I have to watch everything I pick up. Today was an ok eating day but not the best. I made a great lowfat pizza but then i ate 3 peices. I then wanted to show the kids what a smore was and they would not eat it unless I did first. Next thing I know I ate 2 of them just because I did not want to throw away food. How silly. It is not worth the guilt. Tomorrow I am going to have a better day. If anyone reads this post can you tell me, am I being too hard on myself? Or should I be this strict to get results. I am afraid I get obsessed with this dieting and the scale. I think I am just tried and rambling. Well going to bed, Hope tomorrow is another day.
02-25-2006, 09:37 PM
I was up all night doing homework, so I wouldn't have to worry about it over the weekend. I got to bed around 5 am, but Alex let me sleep in until half past noon :) Such a nice kid!
Birthday party #2 is tomorrow, so I've been shopping for favors and such. It's not always easy to find good favors suitable for kids under 3, which Alex and a few of the others are. But I managed!
I still have laryngitis - every time my voice tries to come back, I strain it again. It's really hard having laryngitis when you have an active toddler getting into everything! I am soooo ready for this cold and sore throat thing to be over with!
Gotta run - I still have a lot to do before the party tomorrow, and Alex is getting into things (as usual)! Have a great weekend, chicks!
02-26-2006, 07:43 AM
Coffee time! :coffee:
Debbie - Hope you had a great evening out with the hubby! The Mixed-Up casserole was delish.
Not much going on today. Church, lunch out and then who knows. I took a vacation day tomorrow, so the best thing about today is knowing that I don't have to go to work tomorrow! :flow2:
02-26-2006, 07:54 AM
Morning Jana!! :coffee2:
I decided to get up early this morning in hopes of 30 minutes of quiet time on the computer with my coffee. No go- the baby is already in her crib awake. She is just babbling and "talking", so I will let her go for a few minutes. So much for a little "me" time!!
Only 3 more days of February!! How is everyone doing on their weightloss goals?? I won't make my total goal, but I do think I have lost a portion of it. :)
Curious George was just a precious movie. Pretty simple, but super cute. My sensitive little DD was in tears during one part when they were going to take George back to the jungle. It was very sweet- she was still pretty weepy even after the movie! The soundtrack was really good as well- we had a nice mommy/daughter date. :corn:
Church today, a quick trip to the grocery store, and then home for the day. It is actually supposed to be sunny and warm today, so hopefully we will get outside for some fresh air!!:sunny: This is my last Sunday to teach the fufth graders this month, so we can go back to our leisurely Sundays with church at 11:00 until April.
Have a super day!!
02-26-2006, 08:00 AM
Good morning, Chickies!
We have at least ten inches of snow with much more in the drifts, of course! It's absolutely beautiful out there although darn cold.
I was out to dinner up the hill at my neighbour's which was a bit of a challenge but I made it home safely last night escorted by two charming gentlemen and a wee Yorkie who could barely see over the snow. The road was ploughed but there was still loads of snow from his perspective. The "lads" have been out all night zipping around on snowmobiles - noisy things. The last one went past at six this morning.
Hershey and I are off to Church shortly and then I plan a quiet day with a bit more cellar sorting and a good long painting session this afternoon. It's 5ºF right now but I will go out and do some shovelling when it warms up a bit. Poor Hershey needs a potty trail through the drifts in the dog yard. It's hard to squat when the snow is almost over your back!
Have a super Sunday and stay warm if you are around these parts.
02-26-2006, 08:07 AM
Morning !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :flow2: :flow1:

I'm only running on a half a tank.... Must make another pot!!!
02-26-2006, 08:26 AM
Good morning, chicks! I've been looking for chicken and black bean chili recipes and came across something totally different. Chicken Coq au Vin. It's a crocpot chicken and white wine dish. Sounds good! I'm gonna throw it in the crockpot now and I'll let you chicks know how it comes out. I'll make the chili too but just wing it as none of the recipes I saw seemed worth all the effort. Have a fabulous day, chicks!
02-26-2006, 08:38 AM
Pearsy: I was thinkin bout the RATboys last night..There was this commercial fer hamster balls.. ya know those plastic things that you can let the hamsters roll around yer house in... Would they be tooo small fer your guys? I think it would be funny to be at your house watching all these rat balls scurry about the place!!! He heeeeee. (Cecil get's the pink colored ball... bring out the red in his eyes )
yes yes let us know how that chick dish comes out..
02-26-2006, 09:34 AM
Good Morning! Have a funny story about our "date". Well we didn't leave the house until 7:20, went about 5 minutes away to Don Pablos only to find out they were on a 45 minute wait! UG. back in the car, long story short, we checked out 3 other places that were all on at least hour waits until we ended up downtown at a local mexican place! By that time, we could have been seated at Don's. The place we ended up wasn't really what I wanted but it was fun to be out!!
I did learn that I must have shrunk my stomach! I got full fast! So the carbs I ate were in the form of corn chips and taco shells!! I actually went to bed without eating another thing that night which is unusual for me.
We stopped at Kroger on the way home and I bought ingredients to make the Roasted VEggies again but gee, those red and yellow bell peppers are EXPENSIVE. It is not a cheap dish to make. I will justify it by not buying and eating all the ice cream that I used to eat.
I heard birds singing this morning but it is supposed to be really cold.
I'm home from church because of sick kids.
I hope you all have a terrific Sunday!!
02-26-2006, 10:02 AM
Good morning. Boy has it been a busy day. I've cleaned the house from top to bottom, finished two loads of laundry and made bacon and eggs for breakfast. It's pretty cold out here today; I don't think I feel like leaving the house. Tonight I'm going to try the deep dish pizza recipe. I got my mom started on the SBD and she's already lost 10 lbs. She's so excited and says she hasn't felt this good in years.
Have a great day everybody.
Edited to add that I lost 2 lbs. Yay!!
02-26-2006, 10:30 AM
It is busy here already. The kids woke up when I did so only got in a small workout. I hope I can get back to my 6am wake up with school back in session tomorrow. I started some cleaning so now only have to do dishes and mop the floor. Get Chris off to work then I am going grocery shopping. Tried to go with kids yesterday- NEVER AGAIN!!!! Quinn sat in the cart for 10 minutes screaming- I WANT PURPLE JUICE NOW!!!!!!! Now mind you all employess know us because my husband is a manager in a differant price chopper and he has been there in the past. So today I am going shopping alone- yahoo!!!!!!!!!!!! My mom is coming up to babysit.
Isn't it odd once you are married and have kids the things you look forward to. Mamahulk, I just noticed that you're from upstate New York. My husband is too. He grew up in Boonville (north of Utica/Rome). The name Price Chopper rang a bell because the only place I've ever seen them is on the drive up to his parents' house. I've never shopped there though. His parents own a couple of Great American stores so God forbid we step inside a rival grocery store.

Hi there, everyone,
This weekend is flying by too fast! DD and the kids came Friday and stayed overnight so we could be up and on the road by 6am to meet my SIL for breakfast (which she never showed up for!), then make to the auction by 8 so we could get good seats and have time to preview the goods. My nephew dropped off my SIL an hour later, and took both my granddaughters home with him so we could enjoy the auction. I ended up buying a basket I had long wanted, but Jake did the bidding and got it at a great price. Afterwards DD insisted on treating us to Chinese take-out, so that was nice.
My son and his family came over later, so as usual it was pretty loud and busy around here til about 9pm, then Jake and I settled in to watch some Olympics til 11.
Today should be somewhat quieter, we had breakfast at Cracker Barrel then stopped at Walmart to walk around. My son and family are coming over later for lasagna, and they're bringing a dessert with them. Don't ask me if I've stayed OP - I don't even want to go there.

Mama I so hear you on how times have changed. Shopping alone, even if it is at Super Walmart- is the highlight of my life!!
Cottage Sounds like a fun-filled weekend! You know you will get right back on track. :)
I posted a Frozen Peanut Butter Cup recipe I found on the Weight Watchers section of the forum. I know how much we all LOVE  the peanut butter cup dessert you make with the SF fudgesicle. I haven't tried this recipe yet, but bought the ingredients today. Weezle- it is 2 WW points. I will let you all know how it turns out, unless someone gets to it sooner!!
Laundry is going right now- the baby is asleep. Poor thing- when I picked her up from the church nursery today, one of the other babies had pulled her hair while another had crawled over her. She looked awfully happy to see her mama!! My month of teaching is over, so now I can enjoy just getting there for the service.
I have meals planned and shopped for this week. :stir: That always leads to much better success for me. I have GOT to focus on exercise- that is my biggest issue right now.
Alright- off to get something done!!

Sounds like we are all doing the same things todya. I went shopping and then planned my meals. I did a ton of cooking today to get ready for the week. Hopefully this will help me eat better all week. I made a blueberry cobller today. I got hte recipe from my WW cookbook. After dinner I will eat it and let you know how it is and if it is good I will post the recipe.
Kiko- I made the frozen pb cups. They are awesome. Problem is because they come out small it is hard to eat just one. Becuase they are soooo good. However, enjoy, it is better then eating a bowl of ice cream. My two older boys are going to mom's tonight. Hoping Chris gets hope from work before I go to bed, maybe some quiet time for us:love:
Talk to you all later. Have a great night.
