well here I go... AGAIN..
My name is Tracey.. I have been married for 18 years..
I have 3 sons..
I weight about 260..
Sad thing is I have been here before!
Back around 93/94 I lost over 120 lbs..
You name it I did it to get the weight off!
Needless to say I did it the wrong way.
Now I have to starve to get the weight off!
I have decided that I am tired of being tired and I want to change!
I am not sure just how I am going to do that..
But what I am sure of is that I am going to get healthy...
I am READY to live again!
I need friends who understand..!

I'm tired of being tired too, but I'm Bipolar (recently diagnosed). Probably weight related like you think, but could be iron, yeast, thyroids, etc. Just a thought.

Welcome Tracy! I've done the same thing as you. Back in 90 - 92 I lost 190 lbs only to gain 120 of it back. I think most of us here have done that. I can tell you that the second time around you start to realize where you went wrong and what you need to do to stay fit. I know I have a completely different view on eating and what I'm going to have to do to keep this weight off.
I know you can do this so just jump right in and get started.

Hi Tracy.. I'm Traci :) I know exactly what you are saying. Right now I weigh in at my highest point in my life. Before my all time highest was 260, I lost a ton of weight on Atkins and then I ate it all back on again. So here I am at 270 starting all over. This time once it's gone .. it's gone for good!

One of my BIGGEST problems is weighing myself..
If I do not see the scales move I am so depressed..
I know its simple.. just do not weight.. Well that's hard!
Some people smoke I weigh.. :dizzy: HAHA
Really I try not to weight...
I try to only do it once a week. I never make it..
On a good note I have not weighed in today.:carrot:
