Default ? @ Salad nutrition....

How bad is this compared to eating a frozen dinner? let me know what you ladies think - I know the sodium is a little high, but I was thinking some of the frozen dinners are about that high??? This includes reduced sugar dressing and all - even the fried noodles (which I wouldn't eat - of course)

Asian Sesame Chicken Salad

I'd stay away...the fat is also really high and the high fructose corn syrup is usally a no-no to me.

If it's a place where they make it could they mortify it like know salt added to the chicken. Or is it a prepackaged salad? Sounds good, but I agree why to high in the things we shouldn't have.
