Hi I was wondering why I have plateaued so soon. I was losing fairly regularlly and then I stopped. I am following SB to the letter and I don't know what I could be doing wrong. I know I don't drink as much water as I should, but I do drink alot of Crystal Lite. I have been on SB for over 6 weeks and I would appreciate any advice on whatI can do to get the scale to move.

go back to water put a slice of lemon in it. All those other drinks will defeat the weight lost. Wish you well.

You may need to excercise if you are not, or change it up if you are.

In addition to the suggestions already given, make sure you are getting at least 4 1/2 cups of vegetables a day. That can really help.

Linda, can you post a daily menu for us? Every single time someone tells us that they are totally OP and they post a menu, we've found something that they thought was okay but actually was stalling their weight loss. Let's check it out, okay? :D
