Weight Loss Support - Question about Jillian Michaels workouts

Hey everyone. I just have a quick question. I joined the Self Challenge today....would the Jillian Michaels Front and Backsides count as cardio or weights? It really gets my heart rate up, and it also kinda works my muscles. I'm just wondering because I also wanted to do the Self Challenge weight workouts, but not sure if that'd just be too much working with weights. Let me know! Thanks! :D
