I know we are supposed to do this on the journal thread but folks I had to share it so it would get more attention. I have been trying to get on track for sooooo long and each day I would fail at the end of the day.

But today finally I had a perfect day for me. I ate within plan and exercised.

I walked: 35 minutes on the treadmill.

I drank: 9 - 8oz glasses of water

I ate:
1 cup of fat free milk
5 oz of tofu
kimchee
seaweed
1 bag of 94% fat free popcorn
1 WW smoothie
Asparagus
Halibut
Cool Whip Free
SF FF Chocolate Pudding

I am supposed to get 30 points with WW flex and I came in at 27.
I guess Goddess Jessica's thread about passion was what I needed to see that I am not alone.

:carrot: :carrot: :carrot: I am so proud of myself. I almost cried.:carrot: :carrot: :carrot:

That is soooo awesome Darlene....Way to GO!!!!!!!!! Those perfect days are just so darn perfect, aren't they? lol I was struggling to get back on board too and I found that once I made it thru that "perfect day"...the days that followed were sooo much easier. Congrats again..

Good job! And I agree with Olivia. Once you've got one perfect day under your belt the rest are much, much easier. Good luck to you!
