Veggie Challenged - Alfalfa Sprouts?

When we went out grocery shopping for some strange reason I felt the urge to buy Alfalfa Sprouts. Now I have them in my fridge and I have NO IDEA what I am going to do with them.....

Any Ideas?

put them in a sandwich with ham or turkey or anythign really- use it instead of lettuce in a sandwich

Alfalfa sprouts are a perfect partner to avocado and tomato. I like those three plus shredded carrots, lettuce and fat-free ranch dressing in a whole-wheat pita.
