Default hi everyone
well i've seen people on another forum i use using tickers in their sigs so i came on over to see what it's all about!

i've struggled with my weight for years. i managed to lose 50lbs 2 years ago, but unfortunately put it all back on (and more )when i was misdiagnosed and given medication which i reacted badly to early in 2005.

so here i am, back trying to lose again. and boy is it hard!

so greetings to everyone - and i hope we're all equally successful in attaining our goals!

On the top of the page, go to user cp, then edit signature, you will see an example of a ticker, if you click on it, it takes you to the section to make your own. Then you follow the instructions.

thanks! i did that and put in in my sig, and pressed save but i can't see it!!

i'm in the north west. what about you?
