Default Thoughts anyone?

I absolutely can not get thru ph1 on SB (or on Atkins), i've tired numerous times and I just burn out. with that being said, I watch my carbs and really I'm starting to do ph2 of SB. Do you think SB diet works if only doing Ph2?

I have 30 plus lbs to lose on any diet and am looking for something that fits my life.

well I think you know yourself best but in the book, Dr A says that starting in at phase 2 is fine, that's where the bulk of wieghtloss is anyway. Phase 1 though makes it easier b/c you get the sugar monkey off your back.
