This "Sacred Heart Diet" is nothing more than a renamed "Cabbage Soup Diet." Please read this:
and don't get fooled. Do some research and find a diet that you can live with for life. Good luck.

Well, in about 2 seconds of Google research, I found:

"The Sacred Heart diet is a soup-based diet, and claims that you will lose 10-17 pounds in the first week. This may be true, but most of the weight will tend to be water - and will be gained right back very soon after the diet.
This diet is very clearly an unsustainable fad diet, but is not as nutritionally unsound as similar diets. Most of these diets claim some magical fat-burning science is involved, or that there is something special about the combination of foods. This is simply untrue - it is nothing more complex than a reduction in calories!"

That said, have fun and good luck :dizzy:

It's not realistic. Because, yes, most of the weight lost will be water and even if any of that weight is fat loss, it's going to come right back once you start eating normally again. And you WILL start eating normally again because this is just another fad that forces you to eat in a way that's impossible to stick with for the rest of your life.

Make permanent changes you can live with. Forget diets.
