My first mini goal
I like to go against the flow, so instead of renewed fervor in my weight loss efforts with the New Year I’ve got to admit I’ve been a bit of a slacker. My scale’s been up and down between 189 and 184 in the last 2 weeks, so I think I’ve dropped a little “real” (by “real” I mean fat) weight since the new year, but not much.
So, with a trip to the gym yesterday and a salad for lunch every day this week I think I’m getting back on track. And I’ve decided it’s time to get myself a small manageable goal to strive for. By April 20 I will be at 175, my high school weight. As much as I found 175 humiliating in high school it’s sounding pretty good now.
