Let's post our goals for March 20, the first day of spring! Summer will be here before you know it.
What is your goal for March 20?
What ONE thing will you change in order to reach your goal?
What is your motivation for reaching your goal?
How will you reward yourself when you get there?
Hi Everyone
I am new to this board and have gone back to WW. I am doing core, but also I keep track of points so my portion control stays in check.
I will jump into the March 20th challenge.
My goal is to reach 159(5.2lbs) or more if that happens, but I have been overly optimistic in the past and felt like I'd failed, so this time I am being realistic, knowing my nature.
I will do this by keeping track of extras and paying attention to the hunger/satisfaction scale.
My reward will be .....a Dr. Hauschka skin care kit that I saw at the health food store. It is the sampler pack and I'll see if I like it and carry on from there. Her stuff is very pure with no additives to absorb into our bodies.
I deserve to reach this goal.
Cheers to you all
Ok, I know I'm a slow loser so I'm to go with 4 pounds, for a total of 12. If I make that, I might have to reaccess my Easter goal of 14. That would be SO great. I am saving my reward for when I reach my 20 pound goal. New shorts!
I'm still thinking about the whole thing. I've yet to reach a goal that I've set. Maybe now that the darned stone is gone can I possibly hope that the abdomen discmfort is gone? I'll think of something that IS within my control and come back later.
What is your goal for March 20?
Weight goal of 185--consistently maintained, or continuing to lose of course!
What ONE thing will you change in order to reach your goal?
I will, finally, maintain a consistent workout schedule.
What is your motivation for reaching your goal?
There are several things. First of all, I'm frustrated, as my original date for reaching goal was last September (hence my user name) and now I'll be pushing it to reach my goal by September 2006. Secondly, I want to get pregnant sometime this year (Lord willing!) and I really want to be close to or at my goal weight before then. Or I should probably say I want to be healthier than I am before then.
How will you reward yourself when you get there?
I'm not sure on this one yet, as money is a real issue for us. But I will probably have to buy some new clothes, so that will be a good reward.
My goal would be to reach my WW lifetime goal weight of 153. I have been there before and now it is time to get back there.
To reach this goal, I am going to have to really buckle down and workout everyday. I will need to get up early ad workout before work. If not, I probably will not get it in. The workouts will help to increase my weight loss and tone up my body.
There are many things that will motivate me to reach my goal. As septembersgoal said above - I too will try to get pregnant sometime this year. It will be important that I lose the weight now because last time we tried to get pregnant, I ended up gaining weight and it brought me here now. I also want to lose the weight before I turn 30 - which is in early April. Plus I have only a few weeks left of prepaid WW meetings. I would love to get back to goal so I don't have to pay for the meeting any longer.
If I get to my goal weight, I will reward myself with a new outfit!!
What is your goal for March 20? to lose another 5 pounds
What ONE thing will you change in order to reach your goal? Im starting to walk once again
What is your motivation for reaching your goal? my youngest dd is doing so well , shes my imspiration
How will you reward yourself when you get there? my reward will be my satisfaction of doing it
I'm going to walk on the treadmill twice a week, track my 35 WPA's on paper and not in my head, and drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day before dinner. I'm not going to set a weight loss goal because I feel like such a failure when I don't meet the goal. If I do the above religiously, the weight loss will happen.
Okay. I am new to Core. I am tired of gaining and losing the same ten pounds so my challenge for March 20th is to lose 15lbs. I will count my 35 flex points honestly and I will drink more water everyday. My motivation is to wear tank tops and fitted shirts without feeling like I am fat. I want to reward myself with a cute pair of jeans and a pair of "cute" sandals.
