Hi everyone. My name is Charmaine and I am 35 and from Newfoundland Canada. I joined WW a week ago and I am down 5.6 pounds! However I have lots more to go....my goal is 150 and I am now at 246. Anyone looking for a buddy who is serious about losing weight? I have committed to going to the gym 5x a week. I would love to be more confortable in my clothes for the summer.

I am raynette, I weigh 248, and am on my 4th week of weight watchers this time around. was 312 a year or so ago, WW got me where I am and exercise of course. I live in Texas, out in the country. Hi,
I joined WW last Saturday, and have decided to go to meetings on Thursday. So today is my first weigh in. *sigh* I turned 60 last year, can't believe it!!! I haven't found a group for that age yet on the forum.
I hope to be checking in here often. Right now it all seems so hard. I know it's mostly in my mind... and the fact that I've tried so many times before... it's just scary to try again. But I really want this time to work!
BTW, how do we update the tracker in our signature? I love them! ~ Glo
