Default The NO EXCUSES St.Paddy's Challenge!!

Let's REALLY challenge ourselves this month!! Our bodies AND our minds, WE CAN DO IT!!!!


Rules:
1) post your menu daily
2) post your exercise daily
3) give yourself a reward
4) NO CHEATING!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

1) What is your goal for March 17th? (31 days from now)
2) What is your reward WHEN you reach your goal?
3) How much are you going to exercise daily?

my husband & I eating out ALONE with a steak and mixed drinks!

3) How much are you going to exercise daily?
AT LEAST 30 minutes on treadmill or 3 miles daily

today:
breakfast: hamburger
lunch: salad
supper: shake

to weigh 179 lbs

Go to a salon and get a pedicure or something and buy a new top
3) How much are you going to exercise daily?
30-60 minutes five days a week

Today:
Breakfast: Atkins shake
Lunch: Tuna w/mayo and plain pork rinds
Dinner: Salmon with butter salt/pepper

And vitamins

Lot's of water and seltzer (and one cup of coffee with 1 gram carb creamer)

Thank you bnbsmommy1 for starting this. This is my first 3FC challenge and I'm looking forward to it. I want to see if I have what it takes to meet my goal.

Ok, Well I'm in. I want to weigh 238.5 (that's 9 pounds from now).

Reward? Being slimmer

I'm not promising to exercise daily. I will try and do 30 minutes on the exercise bike twice a day. But that will depend on the rest of my life and whether I can fit it in comfortably. I will do 30 minutes at least 4 days out of the week, and more if possible.

I determined my goal by checking my chart, and seeing how much I've lost in the last 2 weeks (4.5 pounds) and doubling that. So I think 9 pounds is a realistic goal. I did lose 10 pounds in the last month, but it seems that my weight loss has slowed somewhat.

start now 165 goal 135 But by 3/17 155 would be perfect.

I think a nice bottle of wine

3) How much are you going to exercise daily?
cardio 5x a week
weight training 3x a week
2 extra cardio sessions a week in the form of gym classes.

Food plan for today

Not so good so far....its 330 and Ive only had a protein/fibre shake. I need to smarten up!!

Lunch/supper~ we are suppose to go out....but Im having issues with the way it was planned so I think I'll go to the grocery store, and find a nice valentine dinner for home.

Workout is done, cardio and upper body workout...all done

at least 30 minutes dance 4 days a week

Today I had 1 cup of coffee with whole milk and splenda
Some Diet coke but not much today
about 10 pieces of bacon throughout the day and a spoonful of peanut butter
I don't know dinner yet I am a last minute kind of person
And before you freak note that I work in a resturaunt and it is Valentines day we were busy I didn't have time today..... since I got off work I have been drinking my water....

Hello everybody,im new,but i would love to join your St Paddys Challenge.

1~GOAL~ is to lose 15 pounds SW~ 207( March 17th) GW~192

2~REWARD~buy myself something nice/pretty probably jewlery(earrings or bracelet)

3~Exercsie~ continue with my 1 hour EVERYDAY(no exceptions)


Food today:
B~hand full of almonds
L~small chef salad
D~boneless chicken breast with slasa and melted cheese on top,green beans

one cup of tea & 120 oz of water

Exercise today:
one hour on the treadmill

I am up for the challenge....

New clothes!
3) How much are you going to exercise daily? 45 min/6x a week
Here's what I ate today:

B: protein bar
L: enchiladas, mmm
D: 4 PB cookies..low carb of course!

and thats all...I over did my carbs by 7....oops! But It was better than going all out and eating all sorts of yummy chocolates and taking up my hubby's offer to by me cheese tots(that was really hard!) But I made it through today. i've been trying differsnt recipes and I don't eat after 8 pm. I drink LOTS of water(hence the 50 half dranken water bottles on every flat surface...haha!) I like them fresh and cold right outta the fridge. Yay! Thanks for starting this challenge! God Bless!

going to my aunts funeral today so I don't know what lunch will be but it WILL be something 'induction accepted'
