Default Weight Loss

Hi Ladies.
I weighed in today and I had a 3 lbs weight loss! Yoo Hoo! It has been 4 lbs since the end of January. I think joining the YWCA has really helped me. You ladies are quite the inspiration. I hope that I can another good week.

Just checking in no weight loss no motivation but hey I am here and holding myself accountable. I am doing fantastic with exercise just can't stop putting food into my mouth! What a whiner baby. Glad you are doing FANTASTIC keep it up hopefully your diligence will rub off on me. Way to go!!! Sistas

Luflic-Slow and Steady, one step at a time. You've got the exercise down now you just need to take your time and find your groove. I stayed the same this week too. But I am totally ok with it and shocked it wasn't a gain.
