Fitness Videos - Shape Dvds?

Has anyone tried any of the SHAPE DVDS or videos? If so, so you like them, do they maotivate you to keep doing them? I was pondering ordering some. Thanks chickies!

I got the new cardio one, which is mainly dance aerobics. I didn't think it was cued very well, so I didn't feel I got a great workout because I was trying to figure out what they were doing. I'd be willing to give it another try or two, but my first impression is not too great!
