I have taken the plunge and begun to exercise.
25 minutes of straight DDR. 225 calories gone. W00t!!! :)
Now my 49 year old mother is playing DDR in her nightie. :o

Hi, it gave me a smile to read about your Mom, :) My mom does DDR with me, and she is 53!! She's so cute hopping all around. Last week she finnaly agreed to do "light" mode istead of "begginer." The first time she saw an arrow pointing up and one to the left at the SAME TIME, she stopped in her tracks and said "What the ****?" I about fell off my mat laughing. The serious way she said it was just too much. :) She claims that she is "an old trail horse" and can't learn new things. She has no idea how much she has already proved herself wrong.
Anyways, congragulations to you. 25 minutes when you first start out is quite a while. And to do it continuous is so great!!! Good for you. And when you get bored with the game you have now, you can always upgrade a level or even buy another game with different songs. You will def. get your moneys worth. I hope you have lots of fun, and lose doing it!!! Keep up the good work. :)
