Fitness Videos - WATP--4 miles more intense workout

I just recieved my WATP--4 miles and Walk and Jog by Leslie Sansone. Last night I used the 4 miles for my workout and it's alot different as far as intensity than the 2 mile. I was using the WATP - 2 Miles, and I would do it twice and I thought oh wow I'll just get the 4 miles it should be a breeze since I complete 4 miles with the 2 mile tape...WRONG ANSWER!!!

I only completed 2.5 miles lastnight because I was interrupted by my son and nephews however, had I not be interrupted I think I would have completed 3 miles but not the entire 4...

I have the 4 mile Super Challenge and am waiting to get the new 5 mile one in the mail. I have the beginner walk jog one and really like it too. Aren't her videos just awesome!!

I love the new 5 mile! It has even MORE intensity that the 4 mile--especially the 2 different fast miles with no boosters! The 2nd mile is only 10 minutes (part of it is light jogging)! 5 miles is only 65 minutes!

Yes, I love Leslie's tapes because you can follow her or slow down or include weights or increase intensity. I mix it up abit now since I have gotten the 4 mile WATP and walk & jog. Lastnight I did the Walk & jog and also I did 1.5 miles of the WATP - 4mile. I planned on doing at least 2 mile on the WATP - 4 miles but again I was interrupted by someone at my door. So tonight I want to do the Walk&Jog and the 2 mile walk. And I don't care who knocks at my door they'll have to come back or wait until I'm finished. :carrot: :carrot:

I get sooo angry when my workout is interrupted!:mad: :mad:

Does anyone have WATP for Abs? Does it really help with the Abs, I had differing opinions...

I get annoyed when my workout gets interupted too except for a quick bathroom dash lol.
I can't wait to get the newest video in the mail!! I am counting the days!

I have the abs series and I love it! I wear the belt for most of my workouts, even if I'm using a different booster. I am starting to feel a difference, slowly, but surely!

Walk Away the Pounds For Abs--it comes in 1, 2 and 3 miles like her other series. Her new 5 mile also has a mile using the belt, as do several of her other workouts.

I have been doing the 5 mile but do not have the belt. What an amazing workout. I have not gotten to the 5th mile yet. I am beat by the end of the 4th!!

How long is the 4 mile walk tape? I have the 1, 2 and 3 mile DVDs but stopped doing them because I felt they were getting too easy for me.

I've successfully managed to get my endurance up to her 4 mile super challenge...am making a mental note to pick up the 5 mile, as I've heard alot of good feedback on this one.

I love WATP series. They motivate me and depending on my time and how I'm feeling, I have plenty of different choices to chose from. I've yet to come away not feeling invigorated!

Right now, my goal is to walk a 28 mile workout per week. We'll see...

Ohh...I didn't know she had a 5 mile out! Wow..awesome. I have the 1,2 and 3 miles..I want to get the 4 and 5 mile now too!

Oh..is the 5 mile just with the ab belt or is there one for the stretchie band? I have the stretchie band series...

I have the 4-mile Super Challenge and it's an hour long.

This is the first I've heard of the 5-mile workout, too, so I'm on my way to amazon to check it out! Generally, the WATP workouts average out to 15 minutes per mile but if I can get in 5 mile in 65 minutes, that's awesome--that's only 5 mins longer than it takes me to do the 4-mile workout!
