I just wanted to say Thank you to all who post here on this website. You guys who have lost weight are such an inspiration. I know this may sound cheesy and all but I'm really thankful for all your support and success stories. I may have just started this not too long ago, but it's just nice to have somewhere to come to where people are going through the same thing as you. And when I read your stories, I think hey, if they did it I can do it too. I may sound like a cliche right now, but I just wanted to say it and thank all of you. Keep postin!

I know what you mean. i am so glad to have all these wonderful people to compare my notes with their notes. to see what they are doing right or wrong and decide what i am doing right or wrong. someone to tell me not to get discouraged if it eat candy one day, or don't get any excersize in one night. just so great to have people to talk to and read about how they have succeeded. that tells me, if they succeeded, then I can to!! Thanks to everyone here who shares your wealth of learned trials.
