Talking Maybe this is the answer????

Well I have been on a diet for 15 years....And I am only 23. Yep I went on my first diet at the age of 8, when the boys called me "chubby butt" I have gained and lost hundreds of pounds, and was only remotely successful once. 3 years ago I went from 278 to 202. Through a VERY strict diet, a lot of exercise and even some diet pills. Here I am 3 years later and was back up to 253! UUgh! Well one week into weight watchers and I am down to 249...Maybe I will never have to be above 250 again........

So far it seems okay... I eat out too much or with my family cooking so I can not always figure out my EXACT points, but I guess, round up, and leave extra flex points incase I was way off. I figure it is at least keeping track of what is going in my mouth, and trying to be responsible for it.

So if anyone has any tips for a 23 year old, living with her family, Teaching full time and with a life long weight issue.......PM me!

Hi Chestnutlass! I Am A 25 Yr. Old Doing Ww Also! I Also Have Been On Diets Most Of My Life Lol. It Started For Me When I Was In Elementary. I Was The Only Kid I Knew That Took Slim Fast In Her Lunch Box Lol. I've Done Ww About 3 Times And It Works I Just Didn't Stick With It. I've Finally Got It Through My Skull That It's A Lifestyle Change. You Said You Live W/ Your Family And It's Hard To Do Your Points? When You Go Out To Eat Look Up Different Possibilities Of What Your Going To Eat And Write Them Down W/ The Points And Then When You Get To The Rest. You Can Make Your Desicion Then. Also When I Buy Food I Calculate The Points And Then Write It On The Box Or Whatever It Came In. Lol If Someone That Didn't Understand I Was On Ww And Looked In My Fridge Right Now Would Be Curious As To Why I Have 2's On My Yogurt, 2 On My Milk, 3's On Pudding, Etc. Lol. That Helps Alot Because I'm Such A Busy Person And I Can Just Grab Something And Already Know The Points And Not Have To Sit And Think About It. Hope You Have A Great Week And If You Need A Buddy Let Me Know!

Yes, I have the same problem. I'm 25 and 170. The lowest I ever got to was 155 and that was with WW. I tried pills and other diets. I gained twice as more. I'm so sick of everyone telling me that I'm over weight, makes me want to cry all the time. My gynecologist gave me birth control pills this summer after a month taking them and after dropping Atkins I gained 20 LB. I started my WW again. Hope it will work. I'm sick of crying all the time. Good Luck to you all!!!!!!

One day at a time. I am hoping that this works. I need to keep myself busy. It is those tv times that kill me! Maybe it is time I unearth my old orbitrax to use during tv!......
