Question Crock Pot Helper...please help me with points

I fixed the Betty Crocker Crock Pot Helper today, the Beef Stew version. It says that it is 200 calories prepared. Unprepared, it is 0.5 grams of fat and 100 some-odd calories with 3 grams of fiber. Is the prepared version how it is figured with the beef or without it? It seems like it must be with it because the only other thing I added was water.

If anyone has made this before, can you help me out. The best I can figure is it is somewhere between 6 and 10 points for the 1-cup serving size the box indicates.

Thank you in advance!!!

Default

Yes the unprepared values are for the box itself. The prepared are with whatever it says to add. However if you used a leaner cut of beef your cal/fat may be less.
