In the Quick and Easy SBD Cookbook, there is a recipe for turkey parmesan. I don't care for pine nuts (I feel like I'm eating a pine tree...yuck!!). Any suggestions on what I can substitute it with?

I've made that recipe, and it's wonderful and satisfying, too! Instead of the pine nuts, try coarsely chopped walnuts or almonds. That should work just fine. vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2013, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
