One of the things we tell our members is, with the resources you have, you can make an educated guess. If you continue to eat something, and guessing at it is causing you NOT to lose weight, either stay away from it, or increase the number of points you are assigning it. Is it Ice Cream? Does it have the density of Haagen-type product? Or, is it airier? Either way, when in doubt, do without. Unless your weight is continuing to slide... down! :-)
