Question Weights???

Question...

I have a set weights that said 7.5 lbs and I have another that is 10 lbs, however my 7.5 lbs are alot heavier than my 10 lbs...Could anyone possibly explain why???

Are you sure the 7.5 are lbs and not kgs??

Red face Weights

Mel & 2frustrated,

I'll check when I get off work to make sure it Pounds not Kg but, I do believe they are pounds, but then again I could be wrong.

No I haven't actually weighted them. But that sounds like a good idea! Is there a difference between what are called dumbells and the weights where actually slide the plates on? Please forgive my ignorance!!
