Default Pity Party for Chiarij

Lastnight I did not want to workout but, I did for 60-minutes (WATP) and then my weightlifting. I am waiting for a couple more videos that I ordered last week because I becoming bored already with the current one I am using. I did NOT eat very clean yesterday...I went to Subway and had a Chicken & Bacon Ranch Wrap and Diet Coke. I don't know how many calories that wrap was probably 50,000. I didn't eat the entire wrap shell itself...but I could have made a better choice.

Well, enough of the pity party. Have a good day everyone.

Don't worry - the wrap is only 440 calories which makes it not much higher than the regular sandwiches. And good for you for working out when you didn't feel like it; that is not an easy thing to do!

Default Thanks Happydaisy!!!

Thanks Happydaisy!!

I wasn't sure how many calories it was I thinking about 600 with ranch dressing and shell. I'm so glad to hear it's 440 that's not as bad as I thought.

Thanks for the support!!!

Dust yourself off, forgive yourself and get back on that wagon... Your next clean meal is only 3 hours away...
