Ok, I'm ready! Here is today, Tuesday, July 17th for me!


Breakfast:
carnation instant breakfast (3)
coffee (0)

Lunch:
fruit (2)


Dinner:
chicken breast (3)
lima beans (2)
mac and cheese (just a little!) (5)

Snack:
probably

Total: 18-20 pts.

Exercise: I am hoping for a walk, but it is raining here, not sure if it will clear up! :)

Pasta w/ veggies - 4

Snack:
Cantaloupe, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries - 2

Dinner: ?

Total - 20-25

Exercise: Weights and Precor machine at gym

Bran Cereal 2 pts
Milk 3 pts
Peach 1pt
Toast 1pt
light butter 1pt

Lunch:
Veggie Lohmain 10pt
Milk 3pts

Dinner:
Chicken 3pts
Veggies 0pts
Potato 3pts
Milk 3pts

Snack:
Peach 1pt
Grapes 1pt
G. Crackers 3pts

35pts!

Exercise: Not allowed to do any right now but think they will say ok at Dr. appt. on TH so I hope to be in prenatal water class soon!

Breakfast Nada I overslept

Lunch Kashi Go Lean Bar 5 pts

I have yet to calculate anything that follows
Snack iced coffee with cream and sugar from D&Ds

Dinner aka my downfall

2 pieces of Gen tsos chicken I know a cup is 15 pts but how much is 2 peices
a Cup and a half of chow mei fun with shrimp and pork and chicken
3 wontons
and
2 cups of steamed Veggies with Dumpling sauce
and a packet of fried noodles

Water 6 cups and counting!
Exercise aka my saving grace
2 hours of weights including recumbent and upper cycling

Things i have learned today lol I cant put plates together when thers food im not intending to eat!

tapioca 1/2 cup 4pts

35pts!

I am eating a lot of peaches today because they will go bad if I don't eat them today.

Breakfast...
1 packet oatmeal 3
1 peach 1

Lunch...
Ham 2
2 slices lite bread 1
1 slice swiss 2
cup of soup 2

Snack...
???? 2 points

Dinner...
At the Fair.... 15 points ???
Most likely cheese curds and ice cream (we are in Wisconsin, so need I say more??)

ok my estimations!
Breakfast Kashi bar with Coffee and half and half nooo sugar
Lunch either Steamed veggies with dumpling sauce or a boca burger
dinnner
My turkey concotion with the stewed tomatoes
which i should put on before i delouse myself and get out of the house ;)

soup 3 (or less, but I am over estimating the soup)

Dinner:

1c pasta 3
tom sauce 1
salad 2 (dressing)

Total - 25

You know, I ahve been a v. good girl this week - now if I just journal the weekend, I'll be the best I've been in MONTHS. I WI on Monday, so I sure hope I lose...

Its interesting to read what people eat each day!!

Good luck over the weekend girls, I won't be posting, but I'll be journalling, I am keeping the points caluclator in my purse for convenience!!!
