Question 123 Success Plan

I haven't had much luck with the Winning Points plan so I thought I would go back to the 123 Success plan. I've got my points finder but I can't find my book that tells me your daily points. Can someone tell me what it will be for 220 lbs.

Thanks!

Add to points to your daily point range with Winning Points - that's what they did - take 2 points away from all the ranges -

On the 1-2-3 program the points for 200 to 224 pounds is 24 to 31. Good luck to you.

What we got told at the beginning of the year is pretty much the yearly stock answer for weight watchers - as a result of their scientifc research and member surveys, they found people, on average, weren't losing weight at the amount/rate deemed appropriate. So they "tweaked" the program to make a few foods have points that didn't, messed around a little with the exercise concept, reduced the points by 2, and capped the fiber. However, they made a point of saying that if you we're doing alright with 123 and were happy with your progress, there was no need to make a change.

Default Oh, ok

I joined WW in September of 99', and I liked the old points system better, and was successful... I had changed from every week to once a month, so when I did come in the 123 winning points was in place, but never asked why. I was more happy, as well, successfull with the old points system.

So, I can go back to the old system?

This new way has taken some of the fun out of eating... I'm doing it, but geez....
