Fitness Videos - Walk Away the Pounds??View Full Version : Walk Away the Pounds?? Angielynne 01-31-2006, 10:47 AM Has anyone tried these walk away the lbs dvd's by leslie sansone? If so..did you lose on them? Quick loss or slow loss??? Please..tell me your input... chiarij 01-31-2006, 10:55 AM I just started using the Walk Away the Pounds, 2 miles, I have use them for approximately 3 weeks, I lost 6lbs the first week and 2 lbs last week. I am also trying to eat clean as well. I use the Walk Away the Pounds, 2 miles, twice, total 4 miles, 5-6 times per week. I am waiting for Leslie's "Walk and Jog" and her WATP, 4 mile to come in the mail. chiarij http://www.3fatchicks.com/weight-tracker/img/bar-ost/flower05/lb/260/175/248/.png (http://www.3fatchicks.com/weight-tracker/index.php) Angielynne 01-31-2006, 11:00 AM did you also modify your diet as well...cut calories etc??? Amarantha 01-31-2006, 11:25 AM Angielynne, I have collected Leslie vids for years. I gave all the VCR ones away eventually but have started collecting DVDs. When I was heavier, before gyms and personal trainers, Leslie was the only form of exercise I could do and I still enjoy doing her workouts ... you can modify them to be more intense as you get more fit ... also responding to your question to chiarij (even though I'm not her :) ) ... no form of exercise alone will result in permanent weight loss, we do have to modify our diets to eat less and hopefully clean up any bad food habits we have ... so there's no real magic in Leslie or any other video instructor, but anyhow, these are, IMO, great tapes that are an enjoyable form of exercise. chiarij 01-31-2006, 12:01 PM Yes Angielynne, I did modify my diet, by eliminating the junk and processed foods at 90% of time...and increased my water consumption. Chiarij Angielynne 01-31-2006, 01:19 PM Thanks..I have modified my diet and am currently intaking about 1200 calories. I've cut out all the junk foods, and only drink water. I do drink a slim fast shake for lunch along with a protein bar. I've just been wondering if Leslie's dvd's (I'm currently doing the 2mile walk with 2lb weights) are enough exercise to really make a difference in the rate of my loss. grapecoffee 01-31-2006, 01:58 PM I have to chime in here and say that I have a treadmill that is collecting dust right now because Leslie's videos are fabulous. I just started my weight loss, so I can't tell you how much I am going to lose from them. I can tell you it's EASY moves. No weird grapevine thing with alternating arms while bending over at the waist and walking on the ceiling... I am SO not coordinated. Angielynne 01-31-2006, 02:16 PM LOL..I had to laugh at that Veronica because you sound just like me. I always feel dumb doing aerobics videos because I usually stand there trying to figure out how to do what they are doing and by the time I get it..they are on to something else. Then I end up feeling dumb AND defeated. I love the WATP ones though! Redneck Woman 01-31-2006, 02:46 PM I have to chime in here and say that I have a treadmill that is collecting dust right now because Leslie's videos are fabulous. I just started my weight loss, so I can't tell you how much I am going to lose from them. I can tell you it's EASY moves. No weird grapevine thing with alternating arms while bending over at the waist and walking on the ceiling... I am SO not coordinated. I just started my weight loss as well, and some of the videos are hard to follow. :carrot: Fat Melanie 01-31-2006, 07:44 PM I really love Leslie's "Walking away the pounds 2 mile" tape. It's great. English_teacha 02-01-2006, 12:55 PM 20 lbs. down and it all started with Leslie Sansone! She wrote a few articles for Woman's Day last year and it really made sense to me. I was given a bunch of her videos and do them fairly regularly. I've gotten tired of listening to Leslie's banter, so I often turn down the volume and listen to a book on tape. Once you've got the hang of the "moves" you can do them without the tape, too. My house is too small for a treadmill or elliptical, so I do lots of Leslie moves while watching favorite TV shows. She has a good book, Walk Away the Pounds, and her articles might still be available at the Woman's Day website. I got the book from the library. It made a lot of sense and helped me to get off my lazy butt! I didn't make diet changes at first, and still lost weight. I've lost more weight since watching what I eat more closely, but as I ate relatively healthfully before, it was the exercise I truly needed. When I was a kid, Mom would send me outside to play, and I'd go sit in a lawn chair and read. Exercise was never my "thing." Now I've realized I have to move more if I'm going to be healthy! Good luck! gremlina 02-02-2006, 12:17 AM I love WATP! This is because a lot of workout videos I have trouble doing because I am so uncordinatied..lol. This is not just because I weigh more..even when I was a lower weight I still had the same trouble. Haha. I have done the 1 mile and didn't feel too challenged so I only did that twice..ever since I've been on the 2 miles. I think I will be ready to move on to the three miles very shortly. I kind of like the stretchie band I have too with her dvd. I think when I get more fit that I will combine DVDs to walk more miles..But I definatley recommend these videos especially to beginners. Leslie is VERY upbeat which is very encouraging. :-) The weather where I live really stinks more than half the year so I can't walk outside as much as I would like to so these help. Fat Melanie 02-02-2006, 01:20 PM Is it okay if I do the 2mile one twice in one day? gremlina 02-02-2006, 05:33 PM Hmm...If you feel ok with it than I don't see why not. Today I tried the 2 mile and the 1 mile combined and that was alright. So as long as you aren't stressing your body too much than I would think it would be ok. Maybe you should try though using the 2 mile and 1 mile first to see how that goes before moving on to 4 miles. Nori71 02-03-2006, 06:07 PM Anyone have the 3 mile "for Abs" dvd? Just curious how it is different from the 3 mile advanced walk. I know she suggests you get her belt, but you can do it with free weights as well. SpiritLed1 02-06-2006, 07:23 PM I love all of her exercise videos. I can't tell if I am losing weight by them yet but I know my energy is great since I have been doing them. maegdaeien 02-06-2006, 09:02 PM Oi, I can't wait for it to get warm so I can start going for walks again... :stress: Kamily828 02-09-2006, 10:35 AM I ordered the 3 DVD set off ebay yesterday. I cant wait for them to arrive so I can start using them!!! Ready2BThinna 02-17-2006, 05:50 PM I like Leslie's DVDs (have 1,2 an 3 mile). Months ago, they initially got me to get moving and took away my excuses not to get some cardio exercise. On particularly tough days, I'll pop in the 1 mile just to get a kickstart. Jean lettinggo 02-18-2006, 05:20 PM Just checking in. I love the WATP!! I know it does work because I started my journey Jan 2 and watched my eating and walked 2 miles a day and lost 16 pounds with it. THen the first of Feb my whole family got sick and I haven't walked at all this month and have lost only 2 pounds. I need to get my body moving again. I also lost 12 inches. I know the tapes work. I have had them for ever and just pulled them out in Jan to start and I am wanting to get the dvds. I have the belt with them and love it also. Good luck to you all. fay canadian*girl 02-18-2006, 11:21 PM i ordered watp the 3 dvd set from amazon. it's supposed to arrive monday or tuesday. i'm very excited. itsforme 02-19-2006, 07:38 AM Just popping in to say that these, by far, are my most prized exercise DVD's! My exercise of choice is walking. Therefore, I start each day with Leslie, regardless of weather conditions. This just assures me that I get a measured, accurate workout at the beginning of the day, and if the weather is co-operating I can do more outside and that's just an added bonus! I've successfully lost 12 pounds in 6 weeks following the South Beach diet and using Leslie's video's. Being the dead of winter here, I'm so glad that I have this option. Enjoy! MagentaMaMa 02-19-2006, 11:45 AM I also use the WATP video. I received it from my sister who swears by them. I use them as a fill in to my activity. It is not too difficult and you could adjust the workout. tracyj1978 02-19-2006, 01:09 PM ok i feel like a wimp. I just started my diet over for the millionth time on ww. I weigh 380. I started working out thursday. and i have done the 1 mile since then. That in itself just about wears me out. I break a good sweat anyways. And here everyone else is doing at least the 2 mile once. should i force myself to go ahead and move up to the 2 mile for a better workout? It seems so lite of a workout seeing what everyone else is doing. Michele L 02-19-2006, 05:19 PM You have to do what's comfortable for you! I started out with just the 1 mile and worked up to where I can do the 5 mile when I have the time. Try to push yourself a bit by doing 5 extra minutes into the 2 mile. Then try for 10 minutes, etc. Before you know it, you'll be doing the 2 mile comfortably! Don't overdo it and don't try to push yourself too much. We are all different and need to start and progress at different paces! Just keep reminding yourself that you've taken the toughest step by TRYING to exercise! Michele  Queen of the Prairie 02-21-2006, 08:20 PM I also love WATP. I was walking outside 2-3 miles a day, weight came off really slow. Since I switched to the the super fat burning walk, the weight is really coming off much faster. I just ordered 4 more on Amazon. They are great. gremlina 02-22-2006, 08:59 PM tracy-- by all means stay with what is comfortable to YOU! Every body has different fitness levels. Personally I was walking everywhere (I don't have a car) to begin with but I still started with the 1 mile video first. I am on 3 mile now but I paced myself over time to get to that even. The important thing is that you are doing the 1 mile which is awesome. Keep at it and eventually you will be able to move on. dmk144 02-26-2006, 08:28 PM I have been doing Leslie' "Walk away the Pounds Express" since the beginning of the year and have lost 20 lbs while watching my fat and calorie intake. My sister and I started with the 1 mile, after a week went to the 2 mile for two weeks then 3 mile. We just started the 4 mile this week. They are wonderful, low impact, no awkward moves and alot of fun. I feel so good when I am done with them. I highly recommend to anyone. Sharonj 02-27-2006, 12:32 AM I use her tapes too. Aren't they great? The 3 mile is my favorite but I do the four mile at least once a week. I just started weight watchers in January. Have lost a little over 10 pounds so far and about 4 inches total. I think I want to lose 50 pounds, but see my doctor next month and will see if he thinks I should lose that much. Where do you get thing at the bottom of your message that shows how much you have lost and your goal weight? I just joined so I have a lot to learn about this site. April Marie 02-28-2006, 12:04 AM I have the 1, 2, and 3 mile workout programs and currently do the 3 mile or the 1 and 2 mile together. I usually add in ankle weights to the mix, but it really depends on how I'm feeling. I love these tapes, but after 4 weeks, I am bored. I have ordered Leslie Sansone - You Can Do!: Yoga, Walk Away the Pounds for Abs with Leslie Sansone 2 in 1 DVD Set, and Leslie Sansone - Walk Away the Pounds: Walk and Kick. I am hoping to receive these DVDs this week, as I really need some variety. I've lost two pounds in the 4 weeks I've done her tapes and while I've eaten decently, I know it can take 6-8 weeks to really start to show results. I do know that even if I'm not losing weight and/or toning, I do feel better and am healthier for the workout. (Mind you, I really do want to lose these last 6-10 pounds, so I hope the pounds start to shed soon! :)) reign2be 02-28-2006, 06:07 PM ok i feel like a wimp. I just started my diet over for the millionth time on ww. I weigh 380. I started working out thursday. and i have done the 1 mile since then. That in itself just about wears me out. It seems so lite of a workout seeing what everyone else is doing. Wow, I started WW on Jan 2 at 398.4lbs and about 3 weeks later I bought the WATP dvd that has the 1mile and 2mile walk, when I first did the 1 mile it almost killed me, but after only about 1 week moved up to the 2 mile, even though the first 2xs I tried I threw up..:barf:(sorry). But now I alternate depending on how much time I have. At last weeks WI, I was at 371.8lbs for a total loss of 26.6lbs and this dvd has helped tremendously...hang in there, only compete with yourself. I am thinking about getting the 3 mile but i am kinda skurred, because the 2 mile is still challenging, I am gonna wait another week or 2 to see how it goesl Lesa25 03-06-2006, 11:38 PM Anyone have the 3 mile "for Abs" dvd? Just curious how it is different from the 3 mile advanced walk. I know she suggests you get her belt, but you can do it with free weights as well. I have the 3 mile for abs its different because she is using her new product the walk away the belt while you walk you pull on the weighted belt that is around your waist. Plus they more much faster then the other walk away the pounds dvds I have. Its mainly marching and the music is faster. I like it alot well I like all her watp mainly when its winter and cant go outside I rather put in 3 miles in my own house. Been doing Lesile for awhile and lost 10 pounds just by doing her watp plus other workouts but, 30 in all over a couple of months. :carrot: itsforme 03-07-2006, 05:46 AM Just gotta love that "Will Power Dust" Lesa! Thanks for the chuckle!!! Susan Lesa25 03-07-2006, 10:46 AM LOL it is cute I just had to get it lol. Cassie501107 03-11-2006, 10:11 AM Hello everyone! I am a WATP beginner, I just did it for the first time yesterday, and I am inpressed! I only did the 1 mile, because I want to begin slow to get my body used to exercise, but I have a question fo you! The DVD that I found at Wal-Mart has the 1,2, and 3 mile walk on it in 1 DVD. What other DVD's of hers are great to have in addition to this one? And also, how many days a week do you use it? And lastly, do you do other workouts so your body doesn't get too used to this one? Here is a link to the one that I have: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000062XEM/qid=1142086206/sr=8-1/ref=pd_bbs_1/103-0127240-9303007?%5Fencoding=UTF8&v=glance&n=130 pk1947 03-11-2006, 10:54 AM I've been doing walk away the pounds three mile with the hand weights since last September and they have really worked for me. I've lost inches as will as weight. Pat itsforme 03-11-2006, 11:37 AM Hi Cassie, I have numerous WATP DVD's and keep adding to my collection! I've just added her new 5 mile DVD . Seems each one I get I like more than the last. My love for walking has made this video's a pleasure, not a chore. Go to Leslie's site and you will find any of her video's along with an explanation of each. I personally do an hour each morning, 7 days a week, but I am not a beginner. Start slowly like you are, and add as you feel comfortable. I like to challenge myself and keep my body guessing. For me it's the only way to keep those dreaded plateau's at bay! I have been thinking about alternating with weight training, as some have suggested. As much as I love cardio, alas, I guess that isn't all there is to weight loss. My favorites so far are the 4 mile super challenge, and her newest 5 mile WATP DVD. The key to exercise is to finding something we enjoy, therefore will continue doing. Good luck to you on this journey! Susan Michele L 03-11-2006, 12:49 PM I agree with Susan. I LOVE the variety (I have more than 25 different WATP workouts)! My favorites change with my moods, but right now it's the 5 mile and any of the abs workouts. I did the 4 mile Super Challenge this morning, which I hadn't done in months! It felt GREAT! I think I actually sweat more with that one than I did with the 5 mile! Happy walking! Michele  itsforme 03-11-2006, 01:29 PM I agree Michele, the 4 mile super challenge is a great cardio! Susan Cassie501107 03-11-2006, 03:07 PM Susan and Michelle, thank you! I have been checking out her site, and I see a few videos that I might look into! I seen several videos that say they are 1 mile, or 2 mile or 3 mile...are they all the same?? I'm confused! Michele L 03-11-2006, 03:17 PM Leslie measures most of her workouts in miles. That means that if you walked outside at the pace of her music, you would be that far away. While they all basically use the same steps, and many of them use some of the same songs, they are all different. She has 3 sets: original, which uses weights; abs, which uses an ab belt; and express, which uses a resistance stretchie. In addition, she has many other workouts that measure in miles without being part of a set. Her most recent one is a 5 mile, which uses each of the 3 boosters for 1 mile, plus 2 faster miles without any booster. She has plenty that don't use a booster and you can always do any of her workouts just doing the arm movements without the extra equipment. Happy walking! Michele  itsforme 03-11-2006, 09:03 PM Cassie, If I understand your question...Leslie has video's that incorporate many miles. You can, at your discretion, decide how many you'd like to go. You can do the 1 mile, stop and fast forward to the cool down, etc. If you'd like to do 2 miles or all 3 then you can continue on. Each mile adds endurance and/or speed. The beauty of her workouts is, you can, as she says "Make them your own". You can pick and choose how long, how intense, how far, you'd like them to be. It doesn't matter as long as you keep moving to the beat. I say, pick one and go for it! I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. Just start. That's the hardest part. Susan pinkhotel 03-14-2006, 10:03 AM How do you know whether you're ready to move on from the 1 mile to the 2 mile? I've been doing the 1 mile for about two weeks, and it's easier than when I started, but I still feel like I'm getting a good workout. I tried the 2 mile, but I only made it to about 1.25 miles in. Should I push myself to go for 1.5 miles, 1.75 miles, etc. or keep up with the 1 mile until it's easy? Lesa25 03-14-2006, 12:10 PM Don't push yourself if you think you can do the 2 mile then go ahead. But, 1.25 is a start. Just like Lesile say follow your own pace. I started off with 1 mile for a couple of days and pushed up to the 2 mile but, I did take it easy while doing it I didn't do alot of the movements they did on there and I completed it. But, then after a couple of days just walking with them I finally did the movements I completed the 2 miles a couple of times now I am walking to the 3 miles for awhile then if I think I am ready I will go to the 4 miles. Wishing you good luck and congrats for just getting up and working out to just the 1 mile thats still good you still burned alot of calories. :) Michele L 03-14-2006, 12:10 PM Personally, I pushed myself. Even if you only do 1.25 miles. it's more than you were doing. In my opinion, anything more is good, as long as you listen to your body if it's telling you ENOUGH! Just my 2 cents..... Michele : ) Cassie501107 03-18-2006, 04:36 PM I am now able to complete the 2 mile! One of these days, I'll work up the courage to try the 3 mile....:o hehehe! I also bought the "Walk and Kick" video...how in shape do I have to be to get that done? With me doing 2 miles, do you think I could complete it? Lesa25 03-18-2006, 04:48 PM You don't have to be in perfect shape to follow Lesiles videos thats why I like her video you work at your own pace she even says that in all her videos. It don't take that only to pick up on her videos. I like them all. I started slow with the 1 mile and pushed myself up the the 2 mile now I am in the 3 mile. I have been doing the 3 mile for this pass week and completed my own 18 mile challenge and got on the scale today and see I lost 3 more pounds but, it wasn't my weight in so I want to see if I can maintain those 3 pounds off until Tuesday because I was surprise at that 3 pound lost. But, if you feel you can complete the 2 mile go ahead. I think you can just like I said work at your own pace. How about you sit down and watch the dvd and see how it is then after watching it and you think you have it then go for it. Wishing you all the best of luck. :) Goooo Cassie:) Cassie501107 03-18-2006, 05:29 PM Oh, good idea! I think I'll watch the DVD tonight, and if it looks like something I can do now, I will, and if not, I'll keep on working!:carrot: djstorey 03-29-2006, 07:41 PM One tape I have not seen mentioned (might have missed it), is the 2 mile Fat Burner Walk. This is a great tape to get both aerobics and strength training in. Once again, you can modify all moves to make it easier or harder and the walking is in intervals so you get a break from the aerobics while you do some strength training. This tape really helped me to start building more muscle and you can add in weights as you're able. Kashi 03-31-2006, 10:31 AM I've been working up from the 1 mile to the 2 mile slowly. First I could do 18 minutes in, then 20 minutes in, then yesterday I did 25 minutes in. I decided to watch the rest of the video (so it didn't seem endless the next time I tried it) and it turns out that not 40 seconds after I had stopped, they started the cooldown! Now I'm kicking myself for not sticking it out yesterday. But I know that when I do it again tomorrow, I'll definitely make sure to stick it out for the full 30 minutes. Kashi 04-04-2006, 05:51 PM Giving this thread a bit of a bump. ;) I do strength training three days a week on the days that I don't do cardio. I'm using 10lb weights and doing curls, lateral raises, shoulder presses... just fairly light stuff, but it leaves my arms definitely feeling the burn the next day. That is, it's actually tearing and rebuildling muscle in my arm. So, should I be using the 2lb weights on my cardio days when doing WAtP, or will that impede muscle rebuilding from my strength training the day before? jcogs 04-07-2006, 01:14 PM ok, I have a really stupid question. Is the WATP dvd a program you do at home or does it show you how to walk outside? I know it's stupid but i've seen these videos in the store and wanted to get it but then I thought, how in heaven's name can I WATP in my house? and...how in heaven's name can I take a dvd on a walk with me? I'm sorry I know it's stupid...LOL Jeanette tracyj1978 04-07-2006, 03:57 PM It is a program you do in the home. It is exercises that is the equivalent of walking a mile. She basically has you walk in place and do leg lifts and side steps and stuff like that. Then the pace picks up as you progress in the mile. chiarij 04-07-2006, 04:40 PM Hello, I was on the Lesliesansone.com and saw the "Jog at Home" video. That's one I don't have...does anyone have this particular one...It 30 minutes in length (1 mile). I have several of her DVD's and I enjoy them... chiarij :carrot: jcogs 04-07-2006, 07:45 PM thank you Tracy! this sounds like a really good program, can't use the "it's raining" or the "it's too cold outside" excuse...lol Jayde 04-07-2006, 09:46 PM You have all helped answer a lot of questions I had about WATP. Where has this thread been hiding all this time? :) djstorey 04-08-2006, 06:24 PM chiarij I don't have the exact one you're talking about but I have a Walk & Jog Power Series Workout. Leslie says near the end of the workout that you walk/jog approx. 2 1/2 miles during it. I really like it. It kind of pumps up the workout just a bit. For those that can't do the jogging, she has one woman on it that keeps low impact the whole time and it's still a good workout. If you have been doing the walking ones and feel ready for more I think they are great and you can always go low impact if you get tired or until you get used to it. Amarantha 04-08-2006, 10:54 PM Leslie has a new 5-mile one out now, which I happened to see in a printed catalog I get for the company where I buy most of my exercise vids. Apologies if this has been said up-thread ... I'm only looking at the last page. :) Catsgetnhealthy 04-09-2006, 04:15 PM Hi everyone! Chiarij~ the one mile jog is fairly new. I have the walk and jog, maybe down the road I'll get the one mile jog. I love Leslie's tapes. I have the Express series miles 1-4, the 5 mile advanced, the walk & jog, the walk & kick, The abs series and just ordered the feel good 3pk friday. Which has Stress walk, 3-10 min. walks, Walk and Tone, and Yoga Walk. So I'm pretty set now.:D Michelle 04-09-2006, 05:00 PM Hi Everyone...These are my most FAVORITE, and the ONLY dvds I work out to! Leslie is WONDERFUL! She is so motivating and encouraging, and I NEVER get bored with her...:carrot: Obsidianbbw 04-14-2006, 10:09 AM I have 2 gym memberships and wasn't going and came across the WATP DVDS on amazon. I started with the 1 mile and the first time I did it. I barely finished. I ended up loaning it to someone who broke it and fell off the excercise wagon. When I started up again. I did the first mile of the 2 mile and the progressed as needed. Eventually I had the whole thing memorized and it was getting to the point where I didn't want to watch it anymore. I just bought the Walk and Kick DVD where she does intervals of basic kick boxing with her usual walking. I would recommend this for anyone who is ok doing at least the one mile. It takes about 30 min, and the time flies. I bought the walk and jog, but I'm holding off until I need a change from the walk and kick since I love it so much. :carrot: Michelle 04-14-2006, 01:26 PM I absolutely LOVE WATP!!! I work out with Leslie 6 days a week, with Sunday as my rest day with the family. I NEVER get bored with these. I find them very motivating and Leslie is so encouraging. I've gotten so I look forward to working out every morning now. This morning I did the Walk Away Your Stress, and that's a very fast pace one, but it felt really good. I have a few and have quite a few on order right now, because I like to have a variety to go between. Have a GREAT FRIDAY everyone!!! Michelle 04-15-2006, 07:54 PM  Hi Everyone ~ I was just wondering if anyone had ever suggested how we could post each day which WATP we did and keep track of our miles walked for the week? On another board, we do this and then everyone can see the new items that come out, and if they have any questions on any of them, people are always helpful to answer. Just a suggestion...:cp: Bev 04-15-2006, 11:10 PM hi everyone, today I did walk strong and power mile. The sweat was pouring off me when I was done. Does anyone have the jog mile? I am just wondering if it is really advanced. Michelle, I am new but how about a montly watp thread. bev Catsgetnhealthy 04-15-2006, 11:53 PM Hi again! I did the 2 mile for Abs this morning with the ab belt. :D Sign me up for a daily check in on doing WATP. Bev~ from what I hear the mile Jog is pretty much jogging the whole time. I'll probably get that down the road sometime. I do enjoy the walk and jog dvd. They are the only ones I actually use and don't put on the shelf to collect dust. Even though I am out of shape, I can do this! They are awesome! You sold? oh yea! For sure!! I did it twice yesterday and getting ready to go do it this morning :D Catsgetnhealthy 04-29-2006, 12:32 PM Hi everyone  Walk and Kick is one of my favorite workouts. If you do Ebay, you can find her tapes/dvds there pretty cheap. I also joined her Walk club and get them there too. I'm pretty set right now with the ones I have and yesterday I bought the Biggest Loser workout dvd for $9. It has 6 workouts on it and figured it would be a good mix with my walking tapes. Doesn't look like I'm going to make my weight goal for this month  but I'm happy for what I have lost. I took my measurements at the beginning of the month and will measure on Sunday and see what's up there. Hope everyone has an awesome weekend!! :grouphug: Cassie501107 04-29-2006, 02:08 PM I also have the Biggest Loser DVD that I do sometimes....but I just don't like it as well as WATP. I do like the Strength and Sculpt workout though. I do it every other day.:carrot: 2CMEAGAIN 05-04-2006, 11:27 AM WATP dvds are OUTSTANDING!!!:lifter: :running: :barbell: :workout: vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
