I run in place while using the Walk Away the Pounds - 2 mile video, when Leslie and her group is walking I am running, I do this twice a total of 4 miles, what muscles are being worked when running? Does running do anything for the abs? Please forgive my ignorance...

I'm guessing here-I don't think it would do anything for the abs unless you are making a conscious effort to keep them tight when running.

From when I was running last year, I'm thinking running works calves and maybe butt the most. You have to do some cross training to work the opposing muscles or you develop an imbalance eventually.

Hopefully someone who has more experience will answer you soon.
