The Biggest Loser - Winning by Losing - Jillians DVD or Bob's (BL) DVD

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody has both the Jillian DVD and the BL one and which is the best to order and work from? Which has the best results?

Also, what kind of results are people getting with either/or? I have both Jillians book and the BL book and both are good.

I have both and I think they are both good. They are both very different from each other. I do Jillian's workouts from her book. I've only done her DVDs a few times. I think I get better results from the book workouts because the DVDs are too short and pretty fast moving. Bob's workouts are also good. His style is so much different from Jillian's. I like working out with the cast from The Biggest Loser. They are real people. His workouts get your heart rate going too. I would recommend both of them for different reasons. I can't tell you about results from using the DVDs, because I haven't used them exclusively. However, I can tell you that I've lost 13 pounds in 5 weeks doing Jillian's workouts from her book.
