Its me helloooooooooooo I am at work today(sucks to be me)I have done ok so far I did mess up a little on breakfast but I had my protein shake for lunch..I just want to see if any one was around and tryin to have a prefect weekend other than me...lol
I'll try for perfect but will settle for pretty good. This morning had a FF yogurt with All Bran plus some tangerine juice. A mega workout at the gym and then I will have some turkey soup and small piece of turkey meatloaf for lunch. Tonight should be grilled chicken and then going to the movies where I will not buy any snacks!
