well my week long "throw my diet to the wind, eat everything in sight, eat every hour, eat eat eat" phase didn't do as much damage as I'd been imagining. I was too scared to hop on the scale before but this am i hopped on and was only 138.5 which is still in my comfort zone. its 6.5 lbs up from where i was this summer...but only 3 lbs up from where I was last week.
i was so worried and so beating myself up.
the bad news- i still havent done any cardio or excercize this week. none.
so- my goal for vday is to lose those 3 lbs plus 2 more- so 5 lol. and then i will have 7 more i want to lose before spring break. (kind of a lot in a month but if i really try...)
anyways i've got some of my hope back and i realize i can do this and even the set backs dont mean im completely off course.
