Well. I ordered the Biggest Loser DVD and the book and they came in the mail today. They are sitting on the table staring at me right now. I am anxious to read..and do. But scared that once I open the book/dvd I am committed. I have a wedding to plan for in August, but haven't had my light bulb moment to kick me into gear. Maybe the book on the table is my wake up call.

Argh.

I thought the book had more info about the show than about weightloss tips. As for the dvd I don't know. I saw it at SAm's club and thought about getting it until I recalled reviews saying the book was more about the show. Once u read it (hopefully soon) or see the dvd give us info on both.

I flipped thru the book earlier and found menu ideas, how to break your day up with your servings etc...also some exercises using free weights, etc. Alot of inspiration from past guests on the show...but I would say alot of good information for anyone who is a fan!

the dvd is awesome!! Excellent workouts, no difficult movements and it kicks your tush! I love them! The dvd has a 6 week program or you can pick and choose. Very interactive dvd. Open it up and start! what else have you got to lose? August will be here before you know it! You can do it!! Good luck!!
