I had my BEST walk/jog time ever! I beat my best time of yesterday!!!! 4.5 miles in 50:56 minutes-over a half minute better than yesterday!!!!!

Mon - ran 2.5 miles in the a.m., did Ab Fitball workout in the p.m.
Tues - Yoga for athletes video in the a.m.
Wed - Ran 3 miles in 31 minutes
Thurs - Ab Fitball workout
Fri - Yoga for athletes video
Sat - Ran 6 miles in 1:09!!!

Thursday-roller bladed 4 miles

Did 4 miles on SB - just a leisurely pedal while I was reading my book.
Wednesday:
A.M. Repeat of above.
P.M. 6 miles on SB.
Thursday:
A short jaunt on my new bike.
5 miles on SB.
Friday:
A ten minute bike ride before work this morning.
A twenty minute ride this evening.
