How do plateaus know just when to strike? I'm at 202! Yes 202. 3 pounds from Onderland and an evil, nasty, vile plateau has slapped me upside the head. I'm just about going crazy here. I'm so close and it just won't happen! Not too mention it throws my Valentine's goal out the window. Anyone else feeling frustrated?
KEEP GOING! Slap the plateau back! I'm rooting for you! In the past I've plateaued at my current weight so I know how you feel. I hope to get to onederland too! Maybe I won't plateau here this time, but I'm concerned.
Have you tried mixing things up with diet/exersize? Drown yourself in water too!
My husband just conquered a plateau. He just soldiered on and it went away after over a week of not a budge except some gains (a long time for him).
Hugs!!! I hovered between 205 and 202 for 3 months, it got to the stage where I got rid of my weight loss tracker as it was just rubbing my face in it every time I got on line!!!! So all I can say is I relate!!!
