Exercise! - Tan and Tone?

Hello everyone -
I'm just wondering if anyone knows whether the whole Tan and Tone thing works or not? A friend of mine wants me to join with her, but I don't want to waste money if it doesn't really work. Has anyone here done it and lost weight or inches?

What is it?

I think it's what they call robotic exercise. I would compare it to something like Curves.

I would go in and see if they'll give you a free visit then you can try it out before committing to a membership.

By the way tanning after exercising is best! ;)
