... I do a 3 or 4 day split, meaning one day I work legs, one day back and biceps, the next day chest and triceps some days I will incorporate my shoulder workout with one of the other days or work them alone, hence the 4th day, it usually takes me 50 minutes... on alternate days I run/jog 3 times/week and swim 1/week... Sometimes I lift heavy
other times I lift lighter with more reps, I vary my workouts a LOT... Keeps my body out of plateaus and my mind out of trouble
