Hello all!
I didn't see where anyone had posted about the Biggest Loser Workout DVD, so here is my 2 cents.
I bought it last night and decided to do the 6-week pre-planned workout. I did 5 minutes warm-up, 20 Low Intensity Cardio and 10 min. cool down.
Of course, it is w/ hunky Bob  and contestants from season 1 & 2. (and w/ the ones from season 2, they were not all skinny (like they are now)).
Anyway all I can say is WOW, it really works you out and not once did I have to get on the floor and do ab work, but my abs are really telling me about it today! ;)
So, if anyone is thinking about getting it, then get it. It was less than $10 at an area store.
Hope this helps!
Hi! You might want to check out our Biggest Loser subforum here (http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=184) - there's lots of members there really liking the DVD. ;)

Ooo I just got this one too. It is a GREAT set because you can use it when you are a beginner and then do the more advanced work when you build up your endurance. AND there are inspirational stories AND ANYONE could do these aerobic moves, you don't have to be coordinated in the least.

Thanks for the info about the DVD! I think I'm going to get it this week, I'm glad to hear that it's affordable and that it goes from starting out to more advanced workouts!

Who could say no to working out with hunky Bob :D? Seriously, it's a great workout, definitely worth the $12.99 I paid for it! (And apparently I didn't get the best deal seeing all the $8.99 and $9.99 people paid...such is life!)

Feh. I paid 20 bucks for it! :tantrum: Well worth it though. I love any workout that doesn't require much in the way of coordination. :cp:

I just got it and I love it, a bit fast paced for my husband though, I left him to do the work out and came back to find him watching it while doing some yoga!

that is too funny!
i got mine in the mail yesterday as well. it came 3 days earlier than amazon projected.
i did the first workout today and MAN was i sweating! it seems pretty good. i like that matt and andrea and the others are often trying to figure out the moves as well. it makes me feel better that i'm not the only that's lost.:dizzy:
i can't wait to try out the other workouts.
all in all a good workout and a good buy!

I think that's my favorite thing about it. That and the fact that there are alternate moves given. With a chest like mine, jumping jacks just are not fun. So to have a good alternate for that's a real winner.

I just wish that the actual exercising part of Workout #1 was 30 minutes in length (I'm not talking about the stretches before and after). Other than that, I like it just fine (though I'm finding I do better with the WATP tapes). this is nice because it gets my heartbeat up higher than the WATP tapes.
