Over the weekend I gained 3 lbs! (I was away for 3 days scrapping in Door Co!!!) My real weigh in is on Wednesday.. so I'm hoping that maybe I can break even by then.

To my surprise im down 2lbs only 2 more lbs till my first 10lb goal is beat. I had a terrible weekend. (will explain in separte post)

I maintained this week. Well, I lost 3 ounces... So yeah, I'll call that the same 275 (but just off TOM so hope there will be a loss next monday).

Great job this week everyone.

I'm down my 2 lbs goal for the week and I'm still not satisfied. I need to get over comparing this to my weight loss in 2004. It's making me crazy! lol.

Tonight was my weigh in at weight watchers. Down another 2 pounds! That makes my total loss -10.2 pounds!

I lost 3 pounds this week. I have lost 10 so far! It's probably because I was so sick yesterday that I couldn't do anything, but 3 is great!

Congrats to everyone for their losses and holdings! :) After a couple weeks of sticking and then a losing one pound here and there, I have fixed my problem! Water intake! I wasn't drinking enough. So when I started drinking like a fish again TOM came! :( But I still lost the one pound (last week). I was excited this week to weigh in and came down to 5 pounds lost!!! I am sooooo happy! It's the push I needed and not the stick I've been getting!!!

Well it sure is good to be back. Good loses everyone. Well over the holidays I put on a few and then with my surgery I put on a few. I had put on as much as 27 lbs over the last month. Most of which was water from having surgery. Anyway we are back home and I weighed on my own scale for the first time in a month and I managed to get back to my pre Christmas weight of 245. That made me feel really good. Now that I am also standing straight instead of being slumped over people are telling me I look like I have even lost more weight. I will have to get some new pictures up on my web site to show you all the new me. It is so nice to be able to stand tall again.

I didn't lose any this week but I didn't gain so I will :carrot: anyway !!!
Increasing my exercise this week from 45 minutes to a full hour 5 days a week.

Down a pound. Current weight 234. A total of 8 pounds down since Jan 1st. I am very happy about that. I normally weigh on Saturdays but next week I will weigh in on Tuesday so I can get a total weight loss for the month of January.

I did lose 2 lbs today. But I also started my cycle yesterday...

I did good last night for dinner. friday down, saturday to go...to make it a full 7 days.

I lost .8 pounds this week!!!! :cloud9:

This is really exciting for me because my hubby and I went away for 2 nights this week to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. It was so nice and relaxing!!!

Before we left I made the decision to not count points from after lunch on Tuesday until lunch time Thursday, but I was going to document what I ate. Surprisingly, even tho I did go over points, I didn't treat it as a food free for all. The only thing I over ate was cookies (the Inn had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies available all the time!). Over the course of 2 days I ate about a dozen cookies. It's also a small victory, because in the past I would have eaten a dozen in one sitting. :) I also ate extra fruit every morning with breakfast.

I had planned on going running on Wednesday, but we opted to walk instead. We walked so much this week that my shins felt like jello. :)

.8 pounds is awesome!!!!
