Sonoma Diet and the Mediterranean Diet - Soups

I am looking for some soup recipes for wave 2. i love soups but most of the recipes in the book have beans(which i don't like) Anybody have any easy recipes???

If you'll look at the top of the forum, you'll see a sub forum for Sonoma recipes. I posted a spinach and barley soup quite a few people have tried and enjoyed.

Check allrecipes.com for lots of good soup recipes too

I posted this in the recipe section, but Linda posted a recipe for Roasted Vegetables, and I turned the remaining into a soup. No beans.
