I was wondering what you ladies thought of power yoga for cardio? upon everyones advice I am working in more cardio and I love power yoga..is that a good idea or should I just suck it up and go to the "dreadmill"...
well, in the course of a week I only have so much time, I go to the gym before work starting this week after. but I will pick up my power yoga if its cardio session...

... I meant a mixture of both for a change sometimes will help... Oh I definitely know there are so many hours in a week and we can't all fit everything in
