I was wondering what you ladies thought of power yoga for cardio? upon everyones advice I am working in more cardio and I love power yoga..is that a good idea or should I just suck it up and go to the "dreadmill"...:carrot:

I've never done power Yoga but I hear it's very good. If after a month you don't see a difference, try the dreadmill AND the PY...

well, in the course of a week I only have so much time, I go to the gym before work starting this week after. but I will pick up my power yoga if its cardio session...

ps..i just reread your post and got what you meant..i miss read it...opps..sorry...yes, if no progress I will for sure...

:lol: ... I meant a mixture of both for a change sometimes will help... Oh I definitely know there are so many hours in a week and we can't all fit everything in :dizzy:
